Stephen Roach, Former Morgan Stanley Asia chairman, joins 'Fast Money' to talk the recent phone call between President Biden and China's Xi and what it means for relations between the two countries.
supply imbalance? when the US and Europe control the duopoly of world aviation industry through subsidy to Boeing and Airbus, they didn't talk about supply imbalance.
If there were another airplane manufacturer in existence that was equal to or better than the production of the Boeing/Airbus "duopoly" supply-chain, then that mythological airplane manufacturer would be building and selling airplanes to Airlines and ... you would be able to trade the stock ... but said mythological airplane manufacturer ,at this point, remains mythological. Soooo ... supply imbalance ... persists. What is the point about they not disclosing something?
Why is it acceptable for the United States to export its surplus of treasury bonds, while China is criticized for selling high-quality, low-priced goods to global consumers?
You should not take the face value of this type of complaints, such as "imbalance" and "flooding low-priced goods". These are tactics, but actually this gentleman knows it well that the consumers need them dearly to live by during the poor economy time.
The woman reporter said “obviously China need american business” but doesnt she know that the american bussinessmen are heavily dependent on the huge chinese market. How can cnbc employ such an inadequate reporter
Exactly. But you can't blame CNBC folks or any American politician. They are used to the arrogance. China's deep culture cultivated elite leaders know how to appear they need you when they know they don't, to just feed your need of arrogance.
Excess goods means deflation. Which is good for consumer right? Also maybe they should let china have EUV machines so they can make higher end chips instead of lower end solar cells.
"There is still a lot of nervousness as to where the economy is headed in the months ahead." My question is does "in the months ahead" mean 3 - 6 months, or does is it mean 24 - 36 months?
@@marktrinidad7650 China is a very important market for Apple, accounting for almost 20 percent of the company's total sales .... do not mistaken China to india
We don't want a supply imbalance because that might actually lower prices. We can't let the peons afford to buy anything. They will rent and be debt slaves forever
China is not seeking confrontation. China's main goals are to promote economic growth and maintain healthy and mutually beneficial relationships with other countries of the world. However like any country in the world China has the right to defend itself against increasing US aggression.
That’s a lie china is super aggressive towards smaller countries than them selves but once America comes in they start to say “we’re not aggressive 😢” get real America all the way.
