KYRIEDICULOUS is the best ball handler I have ever seen the tight low dribble the cross then the hesse along with the fake at times the step back can drops an easy 3 if not he puts you in the spincycle then avoids your center with a simple euro step easy money or simply attacks him by jumping into his chest with no respect as he finishes with either hand (RESPECT that mans GAME)
KI is definitely the best ball handler. His has tons of skillset that can suddenly perform in real game that you won't expect, thats the difference between him with AI. Just like someone said, AI can cross you 100 times with 1 move, KI can cross you 100 times with 100 moves
Exactly. He(far) jumps everywhere, but if you can keep up with his jumps-cross. You stopped half his bag. Granted it won't be easy. Also I pretty sure AI is more athletic and taller than KI so that helps him a lot. But regardless, kI can do everything that AI can do; AI on the other hand can't do everything KI can do. kI's bag is just larger🤷♂️
To me, this small clip shows why AI was so hard to defend 00:24. I never liked his 'palming the ball crossover', but this clip shows that, even without it, he's extremely quick and crafty with the ball.
Iverson played in an era where the refs would call palming/carrying/travelling, if AI got away with 1/2 the stuff players today do, it'd be ridonkulous
Imagine Pistol Pete was allowed to do what Iverson did. Basketball evolves, and from earlier eras perspective Iverson also carried the ball. Best crossover is still Tim Hardaways Killer crossover. clean af in any era beyond 60s.
My favorite player is Allen iverson and he’s an all time great and one of the best scorers of all time. But you don’t have to hate one era to like another. Sign of a casual fan tbh
I’m an older dude so I saw both play and I got to give it to Kyrie he is better over all and better ball handler the only issue with Kyrie is Kyrie lol earth is flat if dude would have been different personality I wish he would have played for heat
in this video, it shows the different between handballers in the 80's and 90's vs year 2000+ handballers back then will do a sick crossover and pass the ball, handballers from 2000 and present will do an unlimited crossover and try to make a basket.
A lot of people ask is Kyrie dribble skills better then Iverson. My answer is Iverson has the better skills. Iverson played in a more defensive era with more tough competition. A foul was actual a foul back then and you had to play through it. Not taking anything away from Kyrie. He’s amazing This era is more based on offense. It’s not many players even playing defense have the time. It’s easier to blow past a defender. That’s just my take on it. I could be wrong 🤷🏽♂️
KD and most of Harden's 'crossovers' are more shoves than using their handle to get out of situation. I suppose you can call it a crossover with today's rule, but its not the ball nor the dribbleing causing the shake, but the hand shove. Kyrie is a beast with the ball and truly crossing over people.
@Aaron9 That's exactly my point, genius! Most of these crossovers are against nobodies. Hence, the majority are judged by the crossover itself rather than the defender.
@@jp3813 kobe is also one hell of a defender, much like michael was. and antonio was... just unfortunate. still, for most opponents he needed only one cross to get past them. for better defensive players like kobe, michael, even gary payton, he might need 2.
El primero que vi con el crossover mas espectacular fue a Tim Hardaway, quizas ese men lo inventó por que fue hace un monton de años jajajaja, no toy viejo
