I have the Prism Theory V2 and it's MY favorite. It's a little shorter but basically the same deck but mine has a slight drop down that creates 'pockets' for your feet on the W concave.
Hats off to you for your productivity on reviews and valuable content 👏🏼 Interesting and imo surprising that it has no rocker /drops. That is uncommon these days. It kind of resembles my Bustin hydro in that regard +the concave, and with a similar shade of gray on the graphic 😏
Yo Question for you man: For someone with decent riding experience wanting to get into stand up/crouched slides AND medium-speed downhill longboarding, would you recommend the Cheesegrater V2 or the Freedive from Landyachtz? Would you also recommend changing the trucks/wheels on the better of the two decks for this purpose. It would be cool to be able to cruise a bit on this board too. Thanks legend.
Cheese grater is inherently better suited for speeds and is a bit friendlier. However if you dewedge the back truck on the Freedive it will be good for speed but overall a little more unforgiving. The trucks are good, just change the bushings. With the cruising in mind, the Freedive with a dewedge at the back and appropriate bushing and griptape is the way to go
What size trucks are you running to get rail match? Been wanting one of these for awhile, but I can't figure out what width trucks to get. I plan on running snakes and would prefer K5's. Would the 164mm width work or should I go wider?
No its pretty accurate. Construction is not the greatest which I've pointed out, and I've also said that some people might not like the concave.that said I love the board
@@downhill254skate i would argue that this board is era defining, in that this era is caliber pushing incredibly mid boards using social media clout. But this deck is incredibly mid. It has torsional flex. It should go in the garbage can.
