Coleman 220F revival and modification to its carry case! Tell Dad Happy B-day in the comments!

In this video I fire up a Coleman model 220F , And I also modify the "lantern breaker" case that came with it. This Coleman lantern and Coleman lantern case were found for me by my Brother in law John, so thanks to him for keeping an eye out for lanterns for me!

Happy birthday to your dad. Thanks for the tip on securing those cases. I have a couple with broken plastic at the tab area, so it is susceptible to dropping a lantern. Just got a 242C last week at a flea market for $20 as well. Nice that yours had the amber globe.

Happy birthday to your dad! Nice score on the amber globe! I like your tip on burning in the new mantles. I may have to give it a try because I will tie brand new mantles on a lantern and often times a see a tiny hole after burn in and light up. So frustrating.
