We had to adjust the idle out of the box as it was idled a little high from the factory. I have it turned down in the summertime and turn it back up slightly in the winter to make starting & warming it up a bit easier.
I’ve had one of my buddies drive it that weighs in at around 215lbs and it seemed like it was doing fine. The bike squats a little bit, but we also currently have the rear suspension on the softest setting. You can adjust it to make it stiffer in the front or rear, depending on your liking.
I see your is in KM my 6yo son has the same ATV but his is in MPH. did yours come in KM? also do you know how to turn the headlights off? we are in Ontario Canada as well.
Yes, mine came set to KM by default. As for the headlights, I’m not sure. As far as I know they’re just turned on all the time if the key is on, and if you didn’t want them on just unplug them? I personally like that the lights are on all the time, it looks good and they’re plenty bright at night.
@@rdatkins1 this little quad is driven fairly hard by myself and my mother on a daily basis, and I mean driven HARD. It’s withstood everything we’ve put it through so far. Almost 900kms on it now. Nothing broken. Have had to check and tighten some bolts here and there but been perfect otherwise.
@@haydenhinkle3422 After initial assembly it took a full quart of oil. I did a 350km break-in oil change, and proceeded to change the oil every 600-ish kilometers after that. I've never noticed it burning any oil between maintenance periods so I've never had to top it off between oil changes.
@@M074503 I bought a CT200U-EX minibike a little over 2 years ago now, and tbh I’ve beat the snot out of that thing stock and it’s still running great.
I weigh 130lbs and this atv performs just fine with someone of my size on it. The owner’s manual that came with this four wheeler shows the max weight rating at around 170lbs.
As far as I know the bike is only governed by the throttle screw, which has been backed out all the way. It seems to me like it revs up all the way and even if it was governed further I wouldn’t want to have it revving out any more than it is.
@@alvinamaracle They work pretty good for the little ones. Anytime I have to babysit I throw em on the Coleman & limit the throttle accordingly. It's always a hit.
@@canadiantrailatv she was literally riding on a gravel path and the lower ball joint just came apart. Luckily she was only going 10mph when it happened cuz it almost shot her over the handlebars.
@@coreyfowler3463 oh wow, yikes! I have heard about ball joint problems with the AT125-UT a handful of times now, I guess it’s something Coleman should be looking into.
@@coreyfowler3463 I have been checking every nut, bolt & clip on the quad fairly often since new to ensure that it would last, and so far so good we’re going on almost 600kms on the little quad now with only very minor issues.
