I tie on the mantles exactly the same way as do you. I've also got a CQ Coleman lamp that looks exactly like yours. I just don't have the lamp shade holder. W Rusty Lane K9POW in eastern Tennessee

Beautiful QC Lamp but you do NOT want use 0000 steel wool to polish the amazing lamp that’s why you see all those scratches all over the nickel finish now 😔 your actually hurting the finish of the fount should use a cotton cloth to polish it then a microfiber rag to wipe the polish off and buff I’m not trying be rude just trying to help and help save the 100 year old nickel finish on her it’s a Beautiful Lamp Sir
