I eat them , theres about 10 different types , theyre ok for a quick meal and they sell 3 for 9.90

For a frozen meal it looks really delicious... On the packet

I heard Greggo was so excited that while the casserole was cooking in the oven he drove AT LEAST 280kph AROUND THE BLOCK A FEW TIMES in order to heighten the experience and get back to the casserole in time ready to eat!

I go everywhere else other than Coles or Woolies these days .

I like the Chilli Con Carn with rice, not bad!

As I've mentioned before, I love seeing your taste tests of frozen meals, as they are often my go to when I work arvo shift. I don't know if I'd try this or not. If I did, I'd probably have to add some salt and pepper to it. I have tried quite a few frozen meals. I do really like the McCain Pub Size meals, although I don't eat as much as I used to, so they can be a bit much for me now. I enjoyed most of them, but I thought the butter chicken was a bit ordinary. I haven't tried the chicken and bacon pasta, but I do like the chicken kiev and the bangers and mash. I also discovered by accident, Weight Watchers frozen meals. I was in Woolies and the box had a big WW on it. I thought it meant Woolworths! It was actually really tasty.

The Coles brand frozen satay chicken and rice meal is worth a try

I had one the other day. Good value. Tuna mornay one is good. I cooked mine in the airfryer and it tasted better than the microwave.

My favourite cheap freezer meal is the home brand lasagne. I specifically love it microwaved, it’s not too much like a “real” lasagne when you do it that way but it becomes almost like an easy mac, super soft and steamy and kind of sloppy. I had it as a student often enough that now “freezer lasagne” and “real lasagne” are different food groups for me and sometimes I’m in the mood for one and not the other 😂 Gotta put extra pepper and garlic powder on top when it comes out though The 3.50 butter chickens are always worth a try, can just add some cayenne if they’re light on flavour

60's and 70' revisited. Hard days /night, no worries , slap your but in front of the idiot box and relax to the max . Cheaper than take away and similar to cheap as airplane food

My favourite micro Zappa frozen dinner rissole meal, from Aldi I won't buy microwave lamb sausages or steak meals, although some of the chicken meals taste good 👍😊

This is a meal i buy a bit for myself, the lentils in it , peas , carrots are great. I actually think its tastey but i do put alot of salt on top of the potatoes. If u can get three meals for $9.90 i thought u would be a fan! If u didnt salt it then ur loss! Also sometimes u get the bread crumbs on the potatoes and it tates way better but its hit and miss with this meal

I tried this a couple months back. Hardly any flavour or meat at all. Worst lamb casserole I've ever had. Quite disappointing. But the Coles range spaghetti bolognaise and Thai green chicken curry meals are much better.

I Support You Greggo in Your Search For The Holy Grail, (Fish n Chips or Burger With the Lot) But You gotta give up the Supermarket Meals.

Do you realise they taste 100 times better cooked in the oven? If you’re going to do a taste test why not cook it in the way that gives the best flavour?!?!?!

I buy those meals because they are cheap as. Some are better than others, but they are all pretty watery. But it'll do when you're broke

mccains ricotta and spinach ravioli is the only half decent one.. chuck some nutritional yeast or cheese in to thicken it up

I rate the pad Thai as the best one.

If the meat sauce is 79.5% and lamb is 15% of that, you are getting less than 12% lamb in the meal. And it’s minced offcuts, not lamb chunks like a casserole should have. I guess what do you expect for $3.50.

They cut out most of the lamb and filled out the protein content with lentils I bet,which means it should be called Lentil Casserole.Yeah,I love lentils but like any bean they need plenty of salt.I rarely buy frozen dinners,it's too expensive ,pizza is the safest bet or some of the Chinese entrees.I've had some good curries in a pouch form you reheat. I often make Brazilian Lentils and Rice which is very tasty,though not spicy,and very easy and cheap and far better than this ripoff I am sure.
