On rewatch, you really see how the glow-ups ramped up throughout season 2 also. They knew they were prepping them for takeoff.

I understand that as an audience it's so obvious. But isn't this what also happens in Jane Austen's Emma. George Knightly doesn't b fully awaken to his feelings till Frank Churchill comes on the scene and Emma doesn't understand her feelings until Harriet says she thinks Mr Knightly has feelings for her. In fact the audience seeing the feelings of the main couple while they're oblivious is a major trope in a vast majority of romantic films. And equally if we're really honest it's so easy to see things in others lives and circumstances that we don't see in ourselves and our circumstances.

Francamente no entiendo a la gente que odia a Penelope, si como su altergo salvo a los Bridgerton mas de una vez. Especialmente a Colin, si tu tubieras que elegir entre un chico que conoces de toda la vida que es bueno de verdad y de lo unico que peca es de inocente y influenciable (por sus amigos toxicos), y una prima lejana que acabas de conocer que si bien os llevais bien se cree mejor que tu y que no tiene en cuenta los sentimientos de la gente que te importa y ni siquiera los tuyos. Obviamente eliges a tu amigo de toda la vida😎

I am going to miss hating on Colin for not seeing Penelope. I am still a little salty about him dating Penelope's cousin in her house in front of her face and him still being upset about LW exposing her. I am still giving him the side eye and he and Penelope are now married. 🤨😂😂 Hope they are in future seasons!

If only the writer inserts some Polin reconciliation talks and healing in between Cressida's threat till the introduction of baby Lord Featherington, people might take a less critic on the show. I missed the book Colin who was furious with Pen but never left her side. He said harsh words but he was by her side. Silently ignoring Pen without any assurance is kinda hearbreaking to see in the show.

I love polin bt honestly i hate this trop , girl waiting for her long time crush to notice her and he does when she has a glowup and is going with another man and he realises his feelings then ... I mean where were u when she longed for you , when u were flirting with her sister in front of her... Polin is cute and everything but still this concept annoys me so much
