Exactly… Especially with Bo Nix… Derek Carr is way too high of a floor… That’s a starting caliber quarterback, who was once considered an MVP candidate… To say that is your floor means you should probably be taken in the top 10

These are some of the weirdest high end low end comps I’ve seen for the qbs. You can’t really compare Caleb to mahomes just because he’s a playmaker there are a ton of qbs like that, if the high end is Brees and the low end is carr for nix he would go first overall, Jayden either sits in the pocket or he runs he doesn’t throw on the run like Lamar, and I feel the high end for penix he just looked at the school and what hand he throws with. At least the drake maye comps were pretty good.

I look at Drake and I think of Josh Allen instantly. So similar in college pretty much identical. Always fighting to keep the drive going. Drake will be a stud in the NFL and any team that gets him will probably end up having the best quarterback for the next 10 years.

JJ Mcarthy getting under rated because he was able to do exactly what he was asked is so ironic considering these analysts always use these same points against QBs like Josh Allen and Lamar who have great abilities but don’t execute how they need to in the playoffs.

I love this. I got three changes. High for Penix is a left handed Dante Culpeper. Sneaky athletic, beautiful deep ball, not timid. JJ McCarthy low is also Alex Smith (first few years). JJ high should be purdy. Good timing, good Accuracy, clutch when you need him, and can scramble and pick up first downs.

I'm taking Penix later on and passing on JJ and even Maye tbh. Penix isn't that far behind those guys and you can get him 20-30. Williams and Daniels are elite but Maye and JJ are not much better then Penix. Nix falls behind the Nix group to me and I'm staying away till late second
