Collaboration isn't complicated (even if it's difficult) 

When we treat something as complicated that isn't complicated we overcomplicate it and this can waste a lot of emotional and intellectual energy. Getting things done with other people is difficult but not complicated. It's complex and this requires us to take a different stance towards it.
