Well, technically, it is his skill you know? Since he self taught himself the way of the blade. So, by that technicality, his burst, which is his ultimate form of self taught swordsmanship, could of be called Kazuha Slash. But that's just in terms of logical skill naming, don't know about the if the translation is correct or not.

Unlike a skill, an ult can have 100% uptime with good ER. So technically Xiao can spam plunging more than kazuha can.

Sure, Xiao jumps higher, and more frequently, but how are you going to refill your ult if you're in freaking Mondstadt collecting Philanemo Mushrooms? Both have their pros and cons, so it's just a matter of situations and execution
