The physical separation of bodies imposes on us unique feelings and consciousnesses, which myths and rites must bring together, format, to allow unity, a unity perhaps lost as you say. In the seductive imagination, of which we spoke recently, of an origin where singing was the communication medium before language, with its arbitrary and abstract code which increases the void which distances us, it is indeed possible to think that our dreams were also collective, connected, by the mechanical waves of sleep songs. However, I think it was language that allowed self-awareness, even if the price paid was the loss of this connection that you are trying to restore here. I even think that this cosmic consciousness of which you speak, and which for me is rather upstream even of the cosmos, in an absolute contradictory concept, that of the first cause, which does not dream as a priority to understand itself, but to respond to the necessity to acquire this consciousness of itself through us, because as a limitless origin, unable to connect to anything or anyone, it is without object to give rise to its consciousness, without opposite. And you are right, we must find, probably in the infra-mental, the sensation of this primitive unity which connects us to the creator and to each other, without us being conscious of it, but for all that we must not lose this which for me is the goal of this great cosmic dream, namely the awareness of uniqueness, of singularity, which through us therefore seeks, without knowing it, the primitive dreamer. We must hold the two, the essence, the unity, and the finality, the uniqueness, together. Wow, that's quite an observation again, very interesting! What has always fascinated me is the recurring of symbolism, across cultures and civilizations, the things that come into everybody's dreams from time to time, like there are ways that certain feelings or experiences get translated by the brain into the same symbols. It's like we have these things downloaded into our consciousness (psychedelic symbolism too, for that matter, why do people see similar or even the same things?) I always liked Jung's way of seeing it, with the collective unconscious and the archetypes. I tend to use this concept in my videos a lot, because I like the idea of a connectedness between people, even when it doesn't seem like it sometimes. And yes, language would be needed to express certain things and also to check with others "are you seeing the same as me?" I wonder though, if self awareness needs words, it's an interesting concept. Maybe without words we have the illusion that what we see or feel is the same as what someone else sees or feels, but when we can put it into words we can compare and see the difference and that separates us from the others and creates the individual.

@@observingsystem Oh my, the recurrence of symbolism...I admit that like you I look for it in an original state where the separation between beings was not complete, but I lean more towards an animal origin of consciousness, primitive, and not a higher state of connection, a paradise lost. More precisely, I tend to see the causes of these common structures of the imagination in the brain essence of sapiens sapiens, common to all of us, which processes information from a contradictory and unique world. This generates a perpetual swing of the imagination between unity and division, or between contrary principles within an absolute unity. In the current state of my research, and I am not closing the door to any hypothesis, even the craziest ones, our brains are therefore more or less identical in their structural foundations, the world and its laws from which they receive information as well, and only geography and history, which is reflected in diverse and often opposing cultures, color the symbolic imagination differently. Furthermore, but this is another subject, the symbolism is very ambivalent depending on the culture (the sun does not represent the same thing in Mesopotamia as in Scandinavia.), and evolves a lot over time, even if we find the structure fundamental that I was talking about.

@@observingsystem On self-awareness this is the big question: do we need the cold distancing of the mind allowed by language to make it emerge. I tend to think so, and the thesis you defend at the end of your message also seems to go a little in this direction. I think that if one is a priori connected to the group by affect and by convergent thoughts or images it is difficult to become aware of one's singularity, and I think as I said that it is the necessity of the universe, whatever the cost, of making it emerge, was at the cost of the worst division. We see it with our tribal history, how myths and rites have held this desire for individual uniqueness through the glue of the group, and how today our open and deconstructive world has released this “dragon” in us which until now was not had never really expressed himself and finds himself lost, in search of meaning, without real points of reference. I talk about it in the description of my channel, and it’s a central theme on which I work… I'll stop there, thank you again for your abundant imagination and for these electrifying exchanges, even if it's true that it takes a lot of time and energy.😉

@@TribelessJC I think you're right, language gives a point of reference and also, when I think of it, it's necessary to qualify things. Like it's easy to motion or act out "this is a bad berry, it will make you sick", but then language is handy if you want to tell the other person what the best berries are, why and where to find them and when haha. I'll have to think about this more, thank you for the journey of thought on this one.

It is very pleasing to the senses listening to this ,the sound of water flowing as a calming effect is so under-rated.
