What really gets me is that none of the victims were contacted and when Adam reached out to this writer, allegedly he was blocked (Adam made a video on this one) by the writer. Got to wonder what the heck is going on. I think it’s time for the victims to make statements to police and let them have at it. They need to get some serious legal advice on the defamation going on.

I'm not emotionally invested in this whole thing (I didn't know who she was beforehand). The evidence I've seen shows she used her "celebrity status" to manipulate minors, interact wholly inappropriately with them and from the response I've seen from her, she has zero accountability and unsurprisingly has made this about how she's been somehow wrongfully targeted by mob mentality and woke culture. Adam was a victim who is now old enough to express how inappropriate her interactions with minors were. And he's backed it up with evidence so even people like myself who had never heard of her had a pretty clear picture. VanityFair writing an article that goes after a literal victim is WILD to me. "Unsubstantiated" is pretty damn gross. I work at a high school. If someone on the faculty or staff conversed with students in the same manner Ballinger did in that "Weenies" groupchat, there would be at the very least a long discussion to be had. Even some of the more benign content, like joking about having a slumber party with the kids, would likely get a teacher/staff member terminated. You just don't joke about that shit. On top of this, but if another teacher/staff member knew it was happening and did not immediately report it, he/she would also likely get 86'd. Thus, this reporter calling the allegations unsubstantiated despite the contents of those group chats being made public would be tantamount to a teacher at a high school learning of another teacher's inappropriate conversations with students, then deciding "yeah, nothing to see here." Effectively, what Quintana has done in the face of the groupchat evidence would be grounds for termination from any responsible high school yet somehow qualifies as journalism to his editor at Vanity Fair.
