I am so confused as to how people are just now calling her out!?!? When I was younger my friends all liked Miranda and I was creeped out by her. I couldn't explain why at the time cause I was still a child, but I never watched her stuff because her "character" was disturbing to me. I started watching Colleen's family blog stuff a few years back and that all seemed fine since it was aimed at an older audience and not as... disturbing, inappropriate, sexual, etc. But that horrible character of hers always made me wonder what's wrong with her mentally. Coming up with this type of stuff and putting it out there isn't her "character" she made the whole thing it is all her. There are several types of transitioning: medical, hormonal, expression, socially, and on paper. As trans people, we only think young kids should be allowed to transistion socially and expression wise. This means changing clothes, haircuts, name, pronouns. And that's it. WE DO NOT WANT KIDS GETTING LIFE CHANGING SURGERIES OR GETTING PUMPED WITH HORMONES AT A YOUNG AGE. It is parents that were never educated on the process of transitioning and what being trans can mean for a child that force these surgeries on kids, not trans people. After a certain age right before puberty a kid could go on hormone blockers, these are reversible. They just hit pause on puberty. We encourage hormone blockers instead of making kids go through hormone replacement therapy at a young age. Good doctors already have many set requirements to be eligible for surgeries and hormones that young children don't meet. We are all for the most point on the same page that kids should not be medically or hormonal transitioning while too young. Somehow though many of you have been told we try to push an agenda or force kids to become trans. This simply isnt true. Changing policies is making it harder for adults to transistion now.

So I stopped watching after a week or two. Now that I'm an adult, I can look back and realize how bad they were and why I felt that way. If I, a casual short term viewer felt that way, imagine how these kids feel who also didn't know any better, and we're person victimized by her! That's why this has taken so long to become mainstream. Those kids that she victimized are now adults and realized what was happening, and why THEY felt that way. Which further goes to say how naive they were, because a few years ago they were literal KIDS!

I went to Colleen’s “your welcome” tour. At the time I was disappointed I didn’t get called onstage I was 10 at the time and you can actually see me in the beginning of the Netflix special clapping. I’m a teenager now and I’m grateful I didn’t get called up.
