PERFUME RECS White musk from the body shop is a classic sent. Always get so many compliments and it’s super affordable. Just the classic white musk sent. My second go to is actually Brittany Spears fantasy. The whole line. Affordable and again lots of compliments and not over powering.

Sometimes you need higher calorie density foods to meet your high requirements. You eat very high volume foods that will fill you up but not give you enough energy
