Hi guys!! Surprise, surprise!! I actually kinda didn’t get emotional in this video! And I can’t believe I’m actually making this video lol:) it’s one of those videos that I’ve waited literally YEARS to make. But I’m so so beyond excited to share this with you guys! It’s been a heck of a journey so far but I think it all paid off in the long run. I hope y’all enjoy the video and have fun guessing at the school that I’m going to choose!! oh my gosh, huge congratulations!! I am so so proud of you and excited for wherever you end up choosing! the college app process is such a huge part of growth in one's life, and I've really seen that in you throughout the process. much love!

Omg I was so torn between two schools recently too but Colby and oberlin are literally both so good! I bet you’ll thrive in both but I hope you find your school soon!!!

Congrats, you worked so hard!! My daughter got into Bard, Oberlin, Herb Alpert and Lawrence Conservatory all with fantastic scholarships but ultimately totally loved the professor at Mead Witter School of Music @ Madison. He taught at Princeton, Juilliard and Manhattan SOM - Mead Witter at Madison was her safety- (not really a safety since it’s in the top 10% of music schools, more a target but we didn’t know that when she applied) in the end it was all about the professor. Added bonus, she received a full ride. That wasn’t a deciding factor since she was offered good scholarships at all the schools but it was a nice bonus. Plus he is well known because he has played in many major symphonies so his letter of recommendation at the end will be a good one. I’m proud of you kid. You deserve all the successes

That’s absolutely amazing! Congrats to your daughter! And yes, I agree. It should always be about the professor. That’s the most important part. And thank you so so much! I hope your daughter found a school that she would thrive in!!
