Oh my Gosh, did you dodge a bullet not getting into Wharton! Wharton is Depressing! And Dyson is FUN! (Inside Secret: Dyson is one of the least stressful of all of Cornell's majors, while Wharton is the MOST). So smart you chose it over Duke. Last year Dyson had the lowest undergrad b school acceptance rate in the nation at 5%. Wharton was 6%. And this year Dyson was maybe as low as 4%. (Cornell's overall acceptance rate this year was lowest ever- 6.9%). People do not realize the Dyson School has virtually the same acceptance rate as Harvard Yale and Princeton. You will love Cornell- amazing campus and a million things to do. Nobody is cutthroat and SO many Normal Fun and Interesting People. Sorry, but the other Ivies are not altogether 'normal'. LOL.
I do agree with this. I was accepted into Cornell and received a love letter/likely letter. I loved the campus so much. Cornell is not disclosing their acceptance statistics this year, but they did announce them at admitted students day. Over 71,000 applications were received, and they accepted about 3,400 students... acceptance rate *~4.78%*. So happy both my brother and I were accepted and even Jasmine. Unfortunately, I will not be attending Cornell despite my love for the campus, and I'll be attending a university that is the top-of-the-top for my major and future profession. I did buy like 4 jackets though that I will still wear at my college. CONGRATULATIONS!
@@Super-mr4yn appreciate this comment so much! great to feel that its gonna be a great 4 years! CONGRATS TO UR SUCCESSES AS WELL! Rooting for u and srsly cant wait for all that u achieve
Some girl applied ED to Cornell Dyson School and was waitlisted but got into Wharton RD. TOTALLY different schools. Cornell has waterfalls incredible sunsets and great food. Wharton has greasy cheese steaks and is where fun goes to die. haha
Hi! As I’m waiting for 8 more decisions to come back, I’m feeling super pessimistic. I got waitlisted from Georgia tech which was one of my favorites, and I have 5 iveys, standford, rice, and Umich left. I’m so scared. I’m so proud of you for your accomplishments!
Hiii, upenn is my dream school as well🫶 but cornell is super amazing❤️ congrats on your acceptance✨ can you please share your STATS and ECAs? Thank you💞
I’m sorry you didn’t get into USC! It’s an awesome school and I was amazed at what I learned and what I experience there. Congratulations on Cornell. 🎉 I wish you luck in your future endeavors there. Thank goodness you didn’t accept UCLA! Fight On! ✌🏻
@@sandramiller1988 Oh I know UCLA is Academically prestige school than USC for sure in most of areas. According to US News College Ranks (most respected ranking system) UCLA ranks 15th, USC 28th !!! almost double!! WOW!! Plus USC has significant number of students who donated their money into the school. Meh Hey Sandra you are 35 years old, trying to prove USC Is better school than UCLA to 20year old? lol Oh by the way when you were applying to college which was about 20 years ago USC wasn't even competitive like they are now so ... ;) I resepect USC, good school but I have no respect for you Sandra Miller Bye~
@@ChrisLee-bq2xv Yes, I’d say your attitude would be that if someone that’s a bruin. Go play with your toys little boy. Mommy and Daddy are busy right now…
