My 2016-17 CFP and new year six bowl prediction (rankings, predicted records through cons championships) CFP #1 Florida State (13-0) vs #4 Stanford (12-1) and #2 Ohio State (13-0) vs #3 Alabama (12-1). The Rose bowl will be UCLA(11-2) vs Northwestern (11-2) *Northwestern won 10 games last season including holding Stanford to just 6 points their offense should improve now that their qb has quality experience and reps. They won't have much luck though as they will have to run into OSU twice(including the B1G championship game) and will lose both. The cotton bowl will likely be TCU (10-2) vs Mich St. (10-2) after the success of recent years for both they will make the New year six. The sugar bowl will be Georgia (11-2) vs Michigan (11-1) and the Orange bowl will be Clemson(11-1) vs Oklahoma (11-1) *Rematch. I'm not going to predict winners because OSU vs Bama is way to hard to predict
I would love to see Ohio state vs bama, I think just because they lost to Michigan state they were still a playoff caliber team and we were still defiantly better than msu we just had a bad game and didn't give the right guys the ball
