Agree its #1 vs #2 offenses in FBS. Oregon has a run game, Washington, not so much. Oregon is 5th in nation for sacks allowed... but the key difference is Oregon has #6 defense... Washington #62. That is a huge difference. I just see Oregon getting stops more often than Washington. Never seen a #62 defense suddenly play like they are top-10. Arizona gave Washington fits, believe Oregon puts them in the loss column.
@@whatlol_e their passing offense is phenomenal. arizona kept them to a low scoring game I think Oregon can keep them to a even LOWER score of a game. I just think the defense is the key for this game both offenses are prolific. Fingers crossed no major injuries like last year when the game should have been wrapped up.
I think you’re right about Penn St’s strategy but they also might want to continue to instill confidence in their offense to put points on the board so I’m guessing the starters play the entire first half. I can get that Oregon-Washington prediction. The home field for Washington will be tough, but hopefully the Oregon defense keeps doing what it has been doing. But we will see, will be a good game regardless.

And flat-out bull that Oregon should have lost to TT. Nobdy likes to remind people that TT was 42-2 @ home. They play elite @ home and like garbage away. They also don't like to point out TT injuries where they lost key players including Shough, their QB, in the next game. So game results after aren't reflective of how TT played Oregon. It was Oregon's 14 penalties that made the game so close. Getting pass interference on 3rd and 18 (stupid foul) really changes a game. Also have multiple friends that went to the game (I live in Texas) and the TT D-line was mimicking Oregon's snap count all game causing false starts. Everyone heard it, the refs refused to call it. Those should have been calls against TT, not Oregon. Oregon corrected those issues (practiced snap counts with defense mimicking). Addressed the issues with PIs too. In no way did TT outplay Oregon and Oregon got lucky. Just bs. Oregon was their own enemy with penalties and won in spite of that. Defense was very good that game. Defense is now ranked #6 in country for a reason. Its defense that will cause Washington to lose.
