No. It’s up the guy, no matter what skin tone they have, to tell the barber how they want their hair cut and style. Barbers don’t take control and tell their customer what they think is right for them since a lot of barbers are also Caucasian, they are getting paid to service their customers. If a barber did force that one kind of haircut, then every guy who’s Caucasian, would all have the same haircut and that would look just stupid lol
