I can’t sleep at all either but I was bound to be short because my mom was like 4,11 I’m actually a head taller then her lol. My dad was 5,5 for me it’s the genes. I never had a chance
Bakoobie 5,1 and a half and a girl so yeah. My mom might be shorter but like she claims she’s 4,11 so not too sure. My brothers like an inch or two taller barely.
I recently listened to all Jae's podcasts again and I love how Diane went from occasionally shouting in the background to having her own mic and basically co-hosting HDIGH. Best educational comedic duo out there.

@@yunamseng Oh that just makes me think that this was filmed way back when and that podcast that he did with Alexa was something they must have decided to release asap cuz it was about the global pandemic (along with the next one about bilingualism cuz i think she was in that too). And now they are back on their normal schedule, so he's probably still blond lol.
Jae’s theory is actually scientifically proven! Your growth hormone is most active in your teens (puberty), and you get the most of the hormone when you sleep, as that is the time when it is being released into the rest of your body. 🤓 Jae has a beautiful mind. Love that for him.

i couldn't agree more with this. I'm an undergraduate student and now working on my thesis. I really miss those days when my mom used to tell me (sometimes loud) to sleep at 10 pm because these days i only have like 4-5 hours of sleep everyday. i go to sleep at 2 or 3 am

He is totally right. College ruined me too! My sleep routine got so bad, and I also gained nearly all the weight I had lost in high school thanks to the efforts of my mom... Freedom really ruins your life, my friends. Thank God I am graduating next year!
My parents were totally not controlling in high school and in college I actually fixed my sleep schedule. I had a class that ended at 10:30pm (this schedule lasted after that semester ended but the class started the process) and I would get back to my dorm, shower, take melatonin, be on my phone for a bit or do homework and be asleep but 1am at the latest. I also started naturally waking up between 7:30 and 8:30am. Which compared to high school me who would often go to school with 3 or 4 hours of sleep or sometimes none because I thought it would be a good idea to binge watch a show at 1am, is a vast improvement.
I was a chronic insomniac in high school and I'm now a 5'5" Asian girl...Sorry to break your theory Jae 😂 I think I might be the tallest Asian girl from my high school class.

Gotta agree that on this with Jae. Freedom sorta ruined my life,my time-table. 😩 Especially in my university,we don't have anything like attendance. And we get free and unlimited wifi too. Also,only two people share one hostel room. I got so used to watching dramas all night that I started skipping classes. 😖😖😖😖 Now that I'm home during lockdown, I'm acting more as a normal person. Studying properly all the languages, doing all assignments and not slacking. 😊
