Hey, gorgeous! I will be attending Howard in the Fall, and I plan to stay in the QUAD. However, I am undecided about which hall (Baldwin, Crandall, Truth, etc…) I should stay in. Do you have any recommendations on what makes each hall better or worse than the other, or are they all pretty much the same? … based off of vibe, cleanliness, activities, etc. Thanks!
