Actually Charlie late term abortions are legal in ALL 50 States due to a “loophole” (if you want to call it that). Any State can ban late term abortions but MUST leave an exception for when the mother’s life is in “danger.” In Doe vs Bolton the language of the bill allows “psychological distress” to count as danger to mother. Even Warren Hern a left wing abortionist said “unwantedness” can fall under the category of causing psychological stress for the mother and be grounds for a late term abortion. So literally if you don’t want your child you can abort up to 9 months.
