Yes, it tracks sleep efficiency and quality by measuring light and deep sleep duration. Also it tracks how many times you wake up in the night. It gives score out of 100 based on these metrics in the QRing app. Hope it helps ;)
@@jumpingbeantechhello i have question, last night i use ring, but it doesnt connect with the ring and the phone, while bluetooth still on, do you know how to connect from the ring and phone?only that my problem others are working
Yes, you can. I even keep it on while taking a bath. Is there anything else you would like to know? If you find my videos helpful then please don‘t forget to subscribe the channel :)
Not a stupid question at all! While there’s always a tiny risk with electronics, the chances are super low. Colmi has a solid reputation and good reviews, so you should be in safe hands.
Hey! Most rings don't integrate directly with the Samsung Health app. Additionally, you'll find some cheaper options on the market for under $50, but if you're looking for the best accuracy, you'll likely need to invest in a higher-end model, which can range from $250 to $400. e.g. Galaxy Smart Ring
It syncs with Google Fit as long as you use version 1.0.0.35 of the app which for some reason isn't yet available on the play store but is easily findable elsewhere.
Hey! I would say smart wearables from reputed brands provide accurate statistics as compared this ring. Still this ring gives good results as it uses combination of sensors tracking heart rate, movement and blood oxygen levels to infer sleep stages.
Does this continuously track heart rate? I purchased a different budget smart ring and it only tracks HR when you click a button to begin measurement. If you click out of the app (even without fully closing it), it stops tracking. I want to know so that I don't waste my money again on this one.
Yes, it does track heart rate and full day stress monitoring every 30minutes. For heart rate, you can even set interval like 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes.
@@jumpingbeantech Okay so I guess that wouldn't be continuous then. By continuous I mean that it updates your HR every 5 or so seconds like all smart watches do.
Hey! None of the Colmi ring models have music control feature. If you want music control then you have to go for premium ones like Samsung Galaxy or Ultrahuman etc.
My goal is to make review videos accessible to a broader audience, not just English speakers. I understand that watching a video in a language you don't understand can be frustrating, but that's why I include captions. RU-vid translates the captions automatically to your local language. I appreciate your understanding and hope you still find value in the content!
Hi, the R02 is an entry-level option, the R03 offers a balance of features with added convenience through its charging compartment, and the R06 is the most advanced with better technology. All of them offers similar features and differ in style and price. Buy what suits you best :)
First of all thank you and i'm glad you liked the video. I think smart ring is a great choice for athletes due to their compact size, lightweight design, and continuous health monitoring features like heart rate and sleep tracking. They offer convenience and long battery life, and are typically durable and discreet. However, they might lack advanced features, have variable data accuracy, and may not integrate seamlessly with all fitness apps. Overall, they are suitable for those who prioritize basic health metrics and comfort over comprehensive functionalities.
