Colnago Spiral Conic RESTORATION (part 1) 

Před časem jsem koupil dvaašedesátku rám Colnago Spiral Conic, který měl nejlepší časy dávno za sebou. Spiral Conic je nazván podle kónicky se zužující spodní rámové trubky s několika efektními prolisy. Inovace pro zvýšení tuhosti ocelového rámu. Můj rám měl lak ve velmi špatném stavu a na několika místech byl dost povrchově orezlý. Rám jsem očistil od zbytků barvy a rzi, vyleštil chromové mufny a našel si na Google design Colnago Spiral Conic, který mě vzal za srdce.
...a teď přijde to nejhorší - ukecat mistra laku a kamaráda Karla aby mně rám podle jedné fotky z internetu nalakoval...

Some time ago I bought a 62cm frame Colnago Spiral Conic which had the best times long behind. Spiral Conic is named after the conically tapering down tube with several fancy indentations. Innovations to increase the rigidity of the steel frame. My frame had paint in very poor condition and was quite superficially rusty in several places. I cleaned the frame of paint and rust residues, polished the chrome parts, and googled the Colnago Spiral Conic design that took me by heart.
... and now comes the worst - beg the paint master and friend Karel to paint the frame for me according to one photo from the Internet ...
