The 2nd miniature railway gala at the CVR featured lots of different visiting locomotives on the main mini rail as well as a portable 5 inch gauge line on the standard gauge platform, full size steam loco rides in goods wagons, a visiting Network Southeast theme model railway 'Ruffles Road' as well as all the usual railway attractions.

Thankyou. 😁 No, that loco went to visit Swanley whilst some of their locos came to our railway for the weekend.

@@NEtrainboy Erin was on display in the shop and Romulus is no longer at the CVMR. The gala was focussed more on visiting locomotives, some of which were at the maximum of the railway's loading gauge. The 'home fleet' of privately owned steam locomotives have their own steaming days throughout the year. To keep up to date as to when these days will take place, please like and follow the Colne Valley Miniature Railway Facebook page as that'll be the best and most accurate source of information for steam running days, hope this helps. 🚂😁
