I have been trying to inspire my 80-yo priest to get healthy with some better alternative dr,but he doesn't understand that nutrition today is not what it used to be, and that he might have imbalances despite his extremely positive, selfless, youthful and loving outlook. He wants to live to do good in the world rather than living to take care of himself. And he lets his cell-phone stay on all the time, which is not making it better. I feel guilty about him and all other unwise sick ones, despite having done all I can. While sitting up on the net all night instead of sleeping =taking care of myself. But need a little human companionship, even if only indirectly.

I'm on the side .....of doing MORE COLON CLEANSING (like enemas) because most of us have SO MUCH WASTE building up in our intestines, it's FAR WORSE than we think....!!
@adrienneh.978
@adrienneh.978 2 месяца назад
Exactly! The doc is a bit off on this one. For example, sea salt in the enema fixes the electrolyte issue. Even in the 80s when Jensen wrote that book, over 80% of autopsies of people with no constipation in their medical history showed very clogged colons until they barely had a pencil width space for poop to pass through. Can only imagine how much worse it is now. Probiotics are just a bandaid.
@kathleenphillips2933
@kathleenphillips2933 3 года назад
As a closed system colon hydrotherapist, I always give a pro biotic immediately after the session to put back the little bit of friendly bacteria that comes out with all the toxins. And I strongly encourage clients to put on the nice big salad they eat an hour later, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to put back the electrolytes lost during the session.

@@performcorp Sounds logical. You can't expect in all cases the same results with just diet or not eating compared with colon cleansing. @@LanaUSA212 In my experience doing an enemy every few months, say 3-6 is a good way to maintain colon health over a longer period of time, essentially you wanna do at least two every year. I believe it’s important to clean the intestinal walls because they have suffered from years of abuse, consisting of, inflammation, over-saturation, the amount of toxicity in one’s system cannot be ignored. The process of elimination, detoxification and rejuvenation should be on everyone’s to do list. Enemas/ Hydrotherapy are the way to go. I’d stay away from herbal laxatives or colonic remedies of any kind. Your body is mechanical in design, therefore the engineering of one’s digestive system requires practical methods to optimise colon health. Think of it like your pipe system underneath your sink, every so often blockages occur, requiring the need to flush/clear it out allowing the passageway to discharge waste efficiently. Same with your body, some blockages require physical work. I’d also recommend fasting during this period too. Fasting within itself is an internal cleaning exercise, a natural detox, whilst colon cleansing is an external application. Combining the two may provide optimal results when this is practiced with care.

A 72hr fast is incredible for clearing your body out however its advisable to drink small amounts of psyllium husk powder and plenty of fluid with electrolytes to stop sudden bathroom visits with excess water and bile as it all binds to the psyllium and passes through as normal, your stomach bloating can literally shrink considerably over this time

Thanks for this. I do juicing cleanses and I try to stay away from too many apples as they are on the dirty list. When I go on a juicing fast I’m also using products to cleanse the liver and gallbladder and parasites and along with that are colon cleanse products too to make sure I excrete the stuff I’m cleansing out. I honestly think over time the colon cleansing products have messed up my digestion and I’m trying to get my gut back in balance. I’m struggling with it though. Seems whenever I eat food my stomach cramps up and I’m so bloated. I honestly feel better just drinking water and liquids and salad or juicing veggies. My stomach and digestion seem messed up and it makes sense that the colon cleanse products may have gotten me way out of balance. After my cleanse it felt so good to excrete daily so I kept taking the product to help with that but I think I messed up my gut. I’m on a liquid fast now and NO colon cleansing herbs and trying to be kind to my gut while it heals

Daily Intermittent fasting (IF) allows more of the bowel to be emptied before food is introduced. This facilitates bowel cleanliness. However, not all of the bowel is emptied by IF alone. Other means of further cleaning the bowel are often required to obtain sufficient gut cleanliness. As long as the gut is over toxic, it is difficult, if not impossible, to achieve a healthy body. To achieve better gut cleanliness I am eating only fruit one day a week to help flush the areas of the bowel that are not emptied on a daily basis via IF. I eat small servings of raw, ripened fruit for the day. I wait one hour between eating these small servings of fruit. This helps to keep blood glucose spikes within reasonable limits which I monitor with blood glucose testing. I know this is not keto. But it is working for me to achieve better gut cleanliness which in turns helps to significantly lower overall body toxicity. I know what gets flushed out of my bowel on and after my weekly fruit day. And I know this procedure is helping a lot to achieve better gut cleanliness.

Have you tried chia seeds? I don't really get severely constipated a lot, my main problem is a sluggish bowel. But for both problems, I: - Mix 2-3 teaspoons of chia in a several inches of water - Leave to soak for 20 mins - Stir several times whilst soaking as the seeds get stuck together Soaking releases the mucilage into the water so it feels like a gel. I eat it with a spoon & chew the seeds a few times before swallowing to help break down the shells.

In whatever a healthy manner if chronic constipation can be overcome and bowels are regulated so that there's a daily good motion , auto immune issues would clear very much, specially back pain. I'm a colon hydrotherapist, trust me, you need it! First off, what is your definition of being regular? Most people dont understand what constipation is and think they are regular. Being regular is having 3 very large and soft and easy to come out bowel movements per day. Hardly anyone has this. Second, I've had many clients who do claim they have 3 large bowel movements per day and during their colonic session they still have 10 or more bowel movements come out of them. So even if that is your case, you still have old bowel movements in there that need to come out. Ive been doing colonics for 9 years, Ive seen it with my own eyes way too many times. People who are regular and have even up to 20 bowel movements come out of them

you have wrong info. Colonics do not wipe out bile. Bile is produced in the liver and delivered to the small intestine, not the large. the colonic you had did not cause the white poop or cause you to stop producing bile. That white poop you saw could be in there for a very long time. Months, possibly even years. And yes, the colon IS like a pipe in the sense that waste WILL and DOES get trapped in there and YOU NEED TO GET IT OUT! If you dont it putrifies and gunks up and causes leaky gut which causes systemic toxic problems throughout your body. Its like not changing the oil in your car, your car starts to have major problems if you don't. And keeping waste in your colon is like sitting food outside on a 98 degree day. Your body is 98 degrees! Just like the food sitting out on a hot day, it will putrify and attract insects that feed on decayed matter. Well you will attract parasites and fungus to the putrified waste in your gut

Almost all ingested food, 80 percent of electrolytes, and 90 percent of water are absorbed in the small intestine. Although the entire small intestine is involved in the absorption of water and lipids, most absorption of carbohydrates and proteins occurs in the jejunum. This is why people can survive without a colon.
