@@yuhnosjuicyfatass1489 im going to the the school with the best marching band and guard next year in Tennessee and i hope i make guard... ive been doing some practice.
you did good love! watch your free hands and remember to count so even if your nerves get to you, you'll stay on count and have less of those stand still moments waiting to hit the mark. i can tell you were very nervous bc your body work seemed little panicky, but you had some really good moves in there that i really liked!!! keep up the great work love!
really great job! But I think you were a little too nervous and you were kind of going too fast! But it was good though! That happens to me to when I’m competing
Aarmau I never said you didn’t know how color guard works but where I’m from it’s not that known. You shouldn’t get so defensive because I never said that she went too fast I simply defended someone else’s opinion.
BAD@$$ girl !! My gf used to do this stuff in high school. Only thing she'd probably do is when the beat goes Boom Boom Boom bang the pole on the floor 🔥🔥⚡⚡⚡⚡👏👏👏👏🚩🏆#getsome
Really nice! Some of the work was very repetitive though, and I think you could maybe add some different kinds of tosses, like with different set-ups too. Very flowy, transitions are pretty good. I think you could take some moments to make hits, add some sharpness, especially with this song. Try to watch those free hands, and remember to perform. Also, add some more variety into your dance/foot work. Very good!
Anna Barranco thank you so so much! Beautiful and very impressive routine btw don’t know why I didn’t say so earlier😓 wish I could do it for college tryouts.
Hey can I ask for advice? I’m going to be a senior in high school next year and my friend has been trying to convince me to try out for color guard...should I? I know absolutely nothing about it which she says it’s okay bcuz they’ll teach me. I don’t want to embarrass myself but I also don’t want to regret not trying out :/
I don't know how it is in your school but in mine, color guard for new members is really low pressure. I would definitely at least try out if I were you, and if you don't like it then that's fine. But you would probably regret not at least trying and color guard is such a fun experience especially when you have friends that already know things and can help you when you need it with anything
If you still have the chance, do it. I knew nothing when I came to the first help session and I even messed up the routine on my tryout but I still got in. It's super fun and nothing bad can come from trying out
Bruh whoever this is I need to meet her and get her to do a routine with me. She is sooo talented and I’m glad that there are other color guard members in this world who can do things like this!!! You go girl!!!
