Great video but it leaves two questions: 1. does it matter if ink limit is set after or before density linearisation? 2. at the end of the video in print env. settings you display the embedded icc profile without ink limit set on the print env. Is that the correct setting? So we set the ink limit in ICC but not in the print env.?

While the linearization focuses on each color, the ink limit controls the limit for when using more than one color. 2. Yes, the setting in the video is reasonable. However, different configurations can make sense depending on the application/goal. The ink limit set in the ICC is used when a color-managed (via ICC profile) workflow is used. The ICC in the print environment is generally applied when a direct conversion (e.g., CMYK to CMYK) is used.
