So, basically this ending is Black's way of the perfect salvation? He basically rebooted the world's colors (energy) into its base state in order to restart the cycle of life. He didn't expect to kill humans?... or... perhaps... that was fine. The world was good as it was alone, everything at balance: life spurting, life dying, life recycling, world growing, world wilting, world self-fertilizing in a permanent state of self-conservation. Perhaps Black's ideal world was that of a world uncorrupted by human desire, where the selfless, self-sustained ataraxia known as cycle of life never mutated into the selfish, self-destructive way we constructed it to be. We wanted to dominate over nature, resources, colors (energy), all to make our lives easier, more stables, more comfortables, while ignoring the short-handed and ephemeral concept of life that we had shaped into our world. Remember, the seed that has rotten inside a factory will never give birth on earth again. The minerals we took to make our buildings will never enrich the soil again. The organic life buried into a concrete grave will never fertilize the ground again. We caused this, so we deserve this. And now, life is about to begin again, on the same world, under the same principles. So i pray that if we are to ever revive by evolution and natural selection we never make the same mistake again. No... wait... we will make it again. So... i pray that the history we will leave behind, the darkened steel moon that orbits Earth and perhaps this manuscript will tell our descendants about point of no return we must never reach again. I am certain now. The last obstacle of mankind, the last filter of evolution that we must surpass is... (1:49) - A certain scientist in Black's organization.
* I just thought If The World is going to dies because of an Person you love Will you kill That Person? Or Will you let the world die in exchange for That Person *
@@user-qq1xj5zk9n yes we would all die anyways because the world isn't going to exist besides why love someone that couldn't care enough about me to the point where they are just flat up killing me
So basically in this ending, black decided to erase every trace of humans, leaving behind just what they built, effectively turning it into a paradise free of humanity's selfishness, but at the cost of it being empty, a shell ready to be lived in but with nobody to do so.
Imagine alien life discovering the world after this ending. And finding a perfectly flourishing world, with massive cities and amazing architecture. But not a soul in sight...
Personally, I like Black's ending more than White's. Yeah, it's darker and there are no winners, but that's the beauty of it. Everything he did, was for the world, not it's people.
As much as I agree with you, I believe he took the coward’s way out. Instead of working to find a permanent solution where everyone could live happily, he restored the worlds color, but destroyed the only reason the color needs to be returned anyways. Both sides had the right idea, but I’m afraid that neither had the right method.
@@morkman "To find a permanent solution where everyone could live happily..." what if really that was the only choice? What if they tried to figure out other ways, but this was the only way? Not everything has more than one choice, but some do, in situations like these, don't you think they tried everything already? anyways all i think is, black's choice is a bit better just because he thought out of the box, he didn't think of humanity, he thought of the world its self, no matter which choice or how things went, humanity would still be erased, but at least there's new life to come from it, instead of thinking of humanity that can only be temporary. all in all, this was a really good story
@@rezzzg8222 To be honest I like both of them better, but that only fix the world, it can stay happy and progress, but we will still come back also, the sun will stay the same and progress to kill the problem, I know that's off of subject and won't happen in a couple of decades, but the world is nice and calm.
Personally, I think this ending is better. Wilting Hope, two strong words put together, al be there hope, it is wilting and will vanish, forever gone without the color they fought to protect. In this ending, the world keeps it's color, at the cost of every living entity and starting anew. This ending, Empty Paradise, aa empty as it may be. That paradise still has the color, life, and air of a living forest. Eventually the stickmen will rise up again from atoms, like humanity. That's my analysis on these endings, and why I think this ending is better, there's still hope for a new life.
I like your way of think, but white, despite his sacrifice, he saved the humanity, however the danger still there, and if the people dont act fast (something that couldnt be possible) will die. In both endings there are good intentions, but with big concequences.
If you think this is the better ending then you don't understand the idea of hope: They are alive and even if there isn't a permanent solution now, they are alive and can strive for a better future, people where saved, the future is now uncertain but that's a good thing, there is no certain survival but there is no certain doom either. Here everyone's dead, no one was saved. In the end the solution was the selfish desire of one.
@@tellmeninetails5819 Thats actually right, I rushed to the conclusion that since in White's ending the world was already ending that there'd be no chance to save it. Thinking about it, if they were able to become aware of it and save it, then white's ending would be the best ending.
Aya, another glimpse of the circle of life from the perspective of the atom and supernovae. I like this ending more than the other because it is more macroscopic.
This ending, there are plants, and trees, which means that there are still cells and micro organisms that are living which could someday evolve and become something akin to animals or even humans, Black has just restarted the whole world. IMO this is much better that White's ending where he takes all his people and the world with him.
This ending is basically "if thanos won against the avengers " Because black has the same plan as thanos (reducing population) The only difference is that black wiped out all of humanity.
@@eviedakitsune1566 nah he would still have to eventually I’m pretty sure 25% of the world was taken overtime by humans but the other 25% was taken by black so all white was trying to do was delay the inevitable really
@@friesontheside6267 so basically the same thing but on a smaller scale. so actually yes. The only difference is Thanos wiped out HALF of the universe's population, black wiped out all of humanity.
@@TheFellHeart not on a smaller scale, because thanos killed half the planet, black killed the whole planet, also thanos is an idiot, because if [;ants died too, that would be bad, shps wold fall from the sky, everything would only get worse, thanos was stupid
I consider this a win if at least some of the technology they had will pass to the next evolution of sentient beings. But if it reboots everything back to being rocks and dirt, then this would be like deciding you like the weather in hell. Still, there's always a chance that the next people will be smarter about their time on the next loop.
Death is inevitable, but white ending is better because you can have that extra time blessed to you, to do the things you enjoy, even though time is limited, use it to your Advantage. Sadly enough the future generation would suffer, unlike the older ones.
so... it's a decision... Will you hold on to a wilting hope that life will continue until it reaches its inevitable end... or restart the world with the wish that the empty paradise will be filled with new life...
Black was right. Humans are imperfections. They were bound to make mistakes. It cannot be changed, it’s part of human nature. If there is a right, there is a wrong. Peace is only temporary. If you remove that imperfection, nothing will be good or bad. Peace is at hand.
Damn the music adds so much to it. It’s amazing how such a short story can give so much feels. 😭👍🏾definitely one of the best stickman animations/stories I have seen.
This is too awesome, this ending in your animation with Color Stealer 3 ! You know what, Trung ? This is an honor for me to draw your OC soon like I did before ! For Christmas 2020 ! ^^
there is no greater good without sacrifice therefore, there is no future without hope take solace in that the world will restart anew as we have always done, and this time better than before
I'm not even gonna lie this was kinda like The End of Evangelion, all the people being absorbed into one (Human Instrumentality) With the sphere of colors being the 3rd impact n whatnot, creating a whole new salvation for humans to be one. With black, out of everyone else, being barred from this.
This story was so great, I watch black and white ending, they was no perfect ending and I love both. I also thinking that even white win and it will have the second black again and then keep repeat those fight,no weather how, the end of the world seem like just would wilting for sure. So I recommand that watch white ending for first part and then black ending.
Empty Paradise Explained: He killed white but he got injured so much and go to the extractor's orb, he pressed the launch button which he makes a big mistake... The machine makes a shockwave that makes all stickman's body/color turned into little orb and gathered into Black's extractor to make a color orb. Every stickman died, so the color orb got placed into the nature's place. This is either good or bad ending, but black's extractor just turned into monochrome, which means he died in there because of blood loss.
Let's be honest guys...the theme of this storyline is an perfect example of our world's condition ...right now...at the present... we the "humans" have ruined this world's ecosystem and have brought this world in the verge of it's extinction... why do u all think we are facing so many natural calamities now a day..which were not so frequent decades ago??..why? The answer is simple...the mother nature is trying to reverse this world..the way it was before.."before we existed"...and if we don't stop ruining this world from now on.. the mother nature will turn this world to it's primitive stage...even if it means to "wipe out every last human from this planet" ...so let's not end our world too as the "Empty Paradise "....tht's all ty
Omg how did i just realize it! So in this ending Black is fighting for the sake of earth that will eventually have a big sacrifice which is humanity. the word "Empty Paradise" mean earth without humanity just like a beautiful world but it is empty there is no life in it. BUT THE THING THAT ACTUALLY I WAS TALKING ABOUT IS THE FACT THAT BLACK IS FIGHTING FOR THE WORLD HE ACHIEVED THE STAND ITSELF WHICH IS CALLED *"The World"* OMG! That some smooth ass details
Not the first ending I chose, but already vote for black after some dialogue. And I didn't regret it. There is no right answer. There is only one answer which you won't regret it later. Love the black ending better, IMO. Not the best, but better. Great writing and music choices, I really enjoyed it
Black's ideal of salvation isnt that bad at all actually.. the world he knows is actually dying, he just did what he thought was right..but if we compare it to reality imagine for centuries humans has corrupted this world with inhumane acts, pollution and wars even tho we tried our best to fix these problems we just can't because somewhere or somewhat in the future some random person will start it again and again and again... the cycle just never stops and peace isnt just possible because there'll always be someone willing to ruin everything.
Background music eerily reminds me of 28 Days Later, the same apocalyptic future, however this one talks about overpopulation, while the latter talks about a zombie apocalypse
... this HUGE sacrifice wouldn't have been a neccecity if the opponant had just gave back the first core ... WHY DID HE DESTROYED IT ? Vanity ? Amasing story guys, 'im going to the other end, but this one is the more logic for me ... after all great sacrifices occurs générally from the madness of a fool ...
