@BlueDreamxScape I used to have a studio there. Most the people I used to work with have moved away or moved on with life but we made our own studio for $500 and this was 15 years ago. Today technology you can get yourself a mic and a mixing app and be good to go. I could probaly make a studio for less then 200$ these days
