With Redcloud and Sunshine, a great way to make a loop is to traverse to Sundog from Sunshine. You get a bit of scrambling and a super aesthetic ridge walk!
Sneffels is probably my favorite 14er. Did it end of May last year with good snow. Lavender Col (and switchbacks? below) was an awesome glissade. I've only heard bad things about it when it's dry, so I'd definitely recommend it as a snow climb.
