Office jobs,substitute teacher, house cleaning, and my favorite was Flight Attendant! However when 9/11 happened, that was the end of my flying, and I still miss it! I also liked hearing about your jobs through the years. I mostly did bookkeeping and was glad to take some breaks when my kids were little. I don’t miss the mundane routine but I do miss some of having a job. I dream I have a bookkeeping job sometimes and it’s fun. I ended up disabled too young after having cancer. I’m glad you got to spend time with family members!
Hi there, still catching up on your videos, after being gone. Not going to say which side I'm on either, but I agree with you, that whichever way it goes, things are likely to get a little wild, at least for a bit, after the election. I'm in no way a prepper, but since I live a bit out in the country, I try to stay stocked on things, so less trips to the store. Especially try to do that during winter. We don't often get snowed in, but better safe than sorry. The one time that really paid off was when the Pandemic hit, and everyone was out of TP. In March, the weather can still be iffy here, so I had my usual winter extra supply, so no worries for us! I, for one, found it fascinating to hear your work history! Wow, you've had a variety! I didn't even know about the insurance part until you mentioned it when you retired. And yes, insurance companies definitely play a vital role when disasters strike! I do hope your subscriber numbers and views keep going up! I've never understood why you didn't have more! I don't have a channel where I post, but I have mentioned your channel in comments on somewhat similar channels, hoping it would help you! So glad you're getting this time with your grandkids, and I know you're enjoying it. Would love to see the Polish pottery store again. Not sure if I ever mentioned that during the time you weren't posting I discovered I did have a bell made there. No clue where I got it, but I'm thinking probably a thrift store, and before I'd heard about them from you. I just thought it was pretty! Enjoy your time in CO! 😊
