How many kids have we seen hop in the portal with “no contact” tags, or set up visits before they’re even officially in the portal? Sure Shilo doing it publicly may throw the more established media analysts off, but you’d have be a fool to think both him and Sheduer haven’t been communicating with kids from different teams for a while now. This video is wild and it’s biased. Deion inherited a horrible team and came in at the end of the cycle last year. Do you think he had time to recruit highschool kids coming from an HBCU? When you have to overhaul a roster in the 4th quarter you just need grown bodies not highschoolers. Second, year two now that he should build a foundation, you think he should get mostly highschoolers or more established grown bodies with limited scholarships to move the needle. Deion has to build a foundation first and highschoolers will be more in the second phase. You ain’t getting highschoolers in today’s climate unless you are winning. Last he’s Deion, he selling the big picture that’s why they are coming to Boulder to get a VIP experience. The era has changed and Deion has a different hand… let him cook and stop hating for clicks.

Deion wants Portal Athletes he will get 2025 recruits. He is on something called “NOW”. But the new guys in the trenches are good. They are vocal, have experience and bought into the program. College today is way different than when Bama & Georgia was building.

Does Coach prime retire at the end of this year? He has money, and an analyst job if he wants it I’m sure. He doesn’t really seem to be to overly interested in do what college coaches do. He seems very interested in showcasing his kids and Travis Hunters talent but not much more.

Deion Sanders is to arrogant to lower himself to go to a high school kids home to ask a high school kid to play for him. He's to good for that (And probably too lazy). He has all the NIL money he needs to buy off players, his rich friends are donating to his NIL cause. He doesn't recruit because #1) he doesn't have to and #2) he thinks he is above that.

It doesn't matter what talent they get and they are talent poor when you look at the entire roster. Deion is a horrible coach and any objective person who watched him coach last year knows it. The commentary is mean spirited and negative. Colorado has 10 freshman recruits and has an experienced recruitment staff. This is Coach Prime second year of a program rebuild. Other coaches have a three-to-five-year opportunity to reconstruct a broken program (at a minimum.) The Shilo tweet is common for outreach to potential athletes that may have an interest in Colorado (CU.) Same old bias and hatred. Best regard to Coach Prime and the CU family. I believe...
