They sang this at my mothers funeral back in '99 and it turned from a sad funeral into a home going praise party!!!! I loved my mother. Ill carry this song in my heart and spirit forever.

I live in St. Louis,Mo. The first time I heard Stir Up The Gift was on radio station KIRL, played by radio annoucer Columbus Gregory. Then all the radio annoucers would play it!! The annoucers here in St. Louis, Mo., would have the audience to call in and witness. Radio is not like it use to!! I miss that type of interaction with radio annoucers. Some. things you just don't change!! The season mothers of St. Louis, Mo. would call into the radio station KIRL AND GO INTO PRAISE AND RADIO ANMOUCERS WOULD ALLOW THEM TO!! I LOVE IT❣❣❣👏👏👏❤
