A series of severe thunderstorms in the Northeast section of Colorado and parts of Southwest Nebraska, all along I-76. The first storm produced a potential tornado, which can be seen under the high based wall cloud. After driving through the back side of the second storm, we observed a lowered base and a rainbow off of a hail core near Haxtun, Colorado. We got turned around after a supercell formed above us and drove us out to avoid the rotating wall cloud and large hail. After bailing out of the line of supercells, we decided to call it a day and saw the sunset illuminate another severe thunderstorm. Do not rebroadcast without proper permission.
