@@bluecoral3873 The real embarrassment to America will be if he gets away with it, or is not subjected to some sort of penalty. No one really expects him to go to jail, but exile or house arrest would most certainly go some distance to demonstrate that no one is above the law.
Trump is definitely guilty, but the Judge might not send him to prison. Trump has a lot of other crimes to answer to, so the judge may choose to keep him available for trials and fine him instead of imprisonment.
