People complaining about the tempo and arrangement of this clearly have never seen the movie and have only heard Vanessa's version on radio. This is the same tempo as the original song, this is how it was written and meant to sound, and yes this was an absolute magical performance. So educate yourselves.

One of the reasons why I love Puccini's version of Madama Butterfly (1974) better, he slowed it down and made it more dramatic and pleasing. Some arrangements are just a tad too fast that you lose the nature and enigmatic flow of the song. And she would've sang this way softer too, if it was just a tad slower.
