The pianist is the famous Lang Lang. Have seen him perform live and he is awesome. BUT he does have a flare for the dramatic :) Nicole's voice is incredible. I wish she would do more ballads like this one and not those frivolous pop numbers.

I honestly agree with you! BUT, IF you’re interested, or anyone else, in seeing/watching Nicole perform a completely different, new for her, style…She does a 👍 performance of ‘I Put a Spell on You’ (at the Rose Garden IIRC)! I’ve NEVER heard her perform like that, and she was absolutely amazing (I’m NOT comparing her to Nina Simone, or others who have done this, although Joss Stone did it too and she was just as good imo, and she’s so underrated and basically unknown too).

She was the lead vocalist of the all girl group The Pussycat Dolls.

The pianist.puts up a classical version of this song. The piano intro alone stand by itself.
