Colossel 2022 is a Super Smash Bros Ultimate Tournament in Lyon, France Streamed Live at: / vgbootcamp Bracket: www.start.gg/t... #SmashUltimate #SuperSmashBros #Ultimate
The wifi warrior that is terrorizing the UK, that defeated the best player of Spain, the best player of Germany and the best player of Netherlands finally meets in his first out of country event the best player in France, the best player in Europe in the bracket
yea if he can beat gluten he will probably be the best in Europe soon .where did this guy even come from? newer heard him until now haha. this one one of the most shocking smash moments for me
He's also quite young and understandably has other priorities as well (iirc he was originally invited to some other US event, but missed it due to exams) - worth keeping in mind that due to his age he can't travel without family there, which complicates things too.
@@mrjollyguy25 Bloom has dominated EU wifi during the online era and even won the swt online qualifier. He is dominating the UK and got even wins over the best players in the UK with his pocket characters. Has wins over number 1 in Spain (x2), number 1 and number 2 in Germany, number 1 in Netherlands and now a win over number 1 in France and Europe. Got 4th at his 1st major/supermajor in his 1st out of country tournament
@@JB-fd8jy - dominating wifi doesn't mean anything, it's just not the same game - dominating the UK doesn't mean anything, it's not a very strong country in comparison with US, Mexico, Canada or Japan - having some wins doesn't mean you're better (gluto also have several wins against leo, but he is still far away from his level) - he got 4th because he won against gluto that can't play against bayo because of health issue, so he got the best possible matchup
@@lifeisoverrated7167 why are you so negative? I just explained why someone is optimistic that bloom can become the best player in Europe and you reply with: "It Is AlL mEaNiNgLeSs" Please STFU
@@Clarkbardoone That may be true but you do realise a good Bayonetta will react to your SDI and adapt by adjusting their combo. SDi'ng will just stop you from dying but you'll still be taking damage.
@@Jamie-rl4mo thats not the point, Gluto specifically still takes so much more damage to bayo combos as opposed to other players would. We’re not saying that players who do SDI can’t be combod, just that Gluto takes much more damage so he is an easier top player to beat for bayo.
Not hard to play but ok. Literally does the same thing over….. and over……. and over again. It’s a hard character to fight and since a lot of people don’t play her bc she was OP last smash and is still very cheesy in this one, the character is hard to counter in many match ups.
@@luigi2396 her basic combos can be very stagnant yes, but that doesn't mean she isn't hard. she has herdrawbacks and opponents with good di/sdi can cause her to struggle. There's so much more intricacies to her than you think and the player has to be very creative with her to win, typical bnbs aren't enough.
bro who is this guy and how did he not only beat gluten but he actually out play him a few times like he killed him off top 2 times cuz he cought him jumping. like bro this is so unheard of for him to beat like this. wow. I literally clicked on this video to watch some Wario combos but we didn't get that
Yea and it’s still glutonny lmao. Let’s see Bloom at a super major in the US with other Japanese and Mexican players as well, THEN we’ll see who’s better
@@guacamolepens8481 Luckily we're getting this next week at Double Down :) Although Bloom is seeded super low at 32 which means he has to fight Leo immediately out of pools lol. I still think he will do good, just going against Leo immediately in such a stacked tourney may be bad for him.
Gluto always said that because of his hand issues he don't try to dodge at all when playing against bayonetta because otherwise it will hurt him a lot and it will severely damage his hands. So winning against gluto with bayo doesn't mean at all that you're better than him, it means you're better than somebody that can't dodge anything
this guy comes out of no where and literally no difs gluten. how is that even a thing? like he actually made that look easy . because every time he went for an attack, it cut through his defense and landed. stuff like that doesn't happen in competitive fighting games
Depends where you are trying to DI, Bayo has to react to your DI in order to keep many of her combos going. All up to you how you attempt to mix her up
@cro yeah and it doesnt even have to be fast lol. People saying glutto lose because hand issues like SDI on this game was melee kind of SDI or some shit xD
The proper way to sdi bayo is to sdi (witch twist/ up b) is up and away and and then sdi (abk/side b) down and In. This is proper sdi against her combos. However good bayos can and will adapt to that sdi so it’s also good to mix it up. As long as you’re not in the blast zones fair 123 or up air will not kill you
@@jasonlobo2350 dude stfu, of course we will never know who wins if Gluto is able to SDI, but it does make a big difference for him and he takes a lot more damage. It is important in this matchup, and Gluto prefers not to do it because of health issues. Who are you to say if he is able to SDI those combos, do you have tendonitis?
With the nerf to frame data on waft it's much easier for bayo to bats within waft. Bayo covers his air drift with her insane burst ranges and manages to constantly keep him in a juggle state. He wants to be in the air constantly but the air is bayos territory so he can't challenge her like he does other characters. Also his floatiness can lead to early off the top kills.
9:30 This right there. This moment encapsulates why Bloom is an official Smash God. This is literally the first time ive seen this dude play but thats all i need to see Bloom is definitely in the same tier as Light, Gluto, Esam, Meister, Kola, Shuton, etc etc. Bruh didnt know the UK was rockin like that dayum
Sadly gluto isn't in the top 10 he lost against raflow too many time, lost to maister twice lost to bloom in 2 tournamentq. I don't want to denigrate these players but he's finished and I don't think he can prove me wrong
@@sunlesoley9380 i love how winning 2 times against good players makes somebody be the best in the world but not being first at 3 tournaments makes you be the worst player xD And by the way, raflow lost in top 64, so gluto with his horrible top 8 is not the one who underperformed the most
1: loosing against Raflow is not that bad, do I need to remind you that Raflow beat Maister? He is currently in the top 30 world without hesitation 2: he lost against Maister and? G&W is one of the worst mu for wario and the set count has been back and forth for a long time 3: he lost against bloom4eva only one time, the 2nd best player in EU and probably top 30 world if he could travel more, best bayo in the world which is also a bad mu I can't deny gluto has been underperforming lately, but I think it's not as bad as you think
I see a lot of people seeing bloom performance a sign he can beat the best European player Glutonny had a health issue to his hands preventing him from SDIing aka escape bayo combos In good health conditions chances are low that gluto would lose like that Even if I love that bayo player though 🤩 Just wanted to clarify
