I notice u ppl get too hipe went this dude 4uka got his wins we all know bayonneta is the most op character on ultimate and if u ask to pick one of this two players to show respect I’ll do it for quik he’s old schools and been stuck to samus since day one !!! That’s history right there
Dude it's *so* frustrating getting combod by bayo. There's so very little you can do about it. While most characters have to chip their way up tot he high percents, a single mistake at any percent against bayo can lead to death if they're good enough.
@@stspy212 As a Bayo player myself I can say that yes Bayo can get you to high percents easy, but killing is very challenging at times, if you're not almost frame perfect, plus you need to watch DI like a hawk if you're doing strings, it's hard to do(if the opponent knows how to get out) and it's almost impossible online.( at least here in Aus because everyone has dial up internet lol)
Bayo is top tier... As good as Bloom is, Lima was doing stuff like this in Texas before Covid and before her last two unnecessary buffs. Dude went on like an 8month TEAR destroying everyone with Bayo but Covid struck She's just a high skill character like Viper/Jill from UMVC3. Viper and Jill are top tier but no one players them because the technical requirements needed to utilize their top tier tools is freaking insane Ult Bayo aint as hard to use as UMVC3 Viper but shes definitely in the top 5 hardest to use in this Smash
Between that SD against sisqui on game 5 and the technical difficulty after he took the first stock of this game 5. Quik was just really unlucky this tourney
@@HEAVENSNIGHT0 exactly! QuiK mostly just choked at some important moments. One thing he can improve on is his mental game. Even the casters brought it up, and I’ve seen in some matches against another German player “Darkthunder” he has poor mental stamina. Kola used to struggle with this as well.
@Andrew C Not really from QuiKs end. He just got the percent he would have lost after getting his grab interrupted. Bloom's was cheap because QuiK had just taken the stock.
@@thedanman6805 yeah and after being comboed he kinda gave up on di ing because I know most of those finishers should not have been killing him, or he could have tried sding out
Quik is dying waaaay WAY too early to Bayo’s Fair off the top. He is def not DI’ng down and away for sure. He’s dying sub 100% in situations where fair should kill at like 160% at the top against a heavyweight like Samus
She’s also a floaty which means it’s easier to die off the top compared to someone like fox who’s a light weight but fast faller. Fox dies off the side easier but live longer trying to die off the top. Samus dies off the side later but dies quicker off the top
Chales que mal pedo por Quik,le cortaron todo lo que traía en ese quinto juego , tal vez hubiera perdido, pero al menos el ya había quitado la primer vida y podía subirle % a la segunda de bayo, ni pedo
Heres the thing tho even if bloom started at 2 stocks he still won that game. Plus i felt it was only fair to start game 5 from scratch due to both taking cheap shots during the resets
@@roberthenry3276 Not so sure about that. Bayo really struggles to kill and that fsmasg was pretty cheap. QuiK hitting Bloom during the technical issues was just making up for the percentage he would lost from his string being cut short by the disconnect.
game 5 was such bullshit. That pro controller was 100% coming from a UK fan. Hate to see Quik in his head like that, but the way the UK crowd was acting i'd be tilted too.
Bruh Smash 4 was freakin 4 years ago she was never "nerfed" in ultimate Bayo is definitely top tier in Ultimate shes just one of the hardest characters to use effectively
@@jdrmanmusiqking I think by 'massive nerfs in this smash', they mean how she was massively nerfed in Ulti COMPARED to Sm4sh, which I feel is pretty fair
And more because Bayonetta has results with almost free victories in sm4sh, while in Ultimate most of her results were poor, bordering on average enough compared to Mid Tier.
@@dmfyre Reading comprehension dude. I addressed that im saying that game was 5 years ago we need to forget about it. Stop comparing this game to smash 4 Bayo is unequivocally top tier in this game but people cant see it largely because they are blinded by Smash 4. That game has NOTHIN to do with this one NOW. LET IT DIE
@@EdgadusOmegaSlayer Bruh Lima went on a 8 month tear ripping all of Texas a new @$$hole with Bayo. It was destruction on a state wide level I've never seen Mind you this was BEFORE Covid and Bayo has gotten buffed TWICE since then. Shes 100% top tier The thing is, for scrubs, Bayo is also 100% "Dont Try This At Home". Shes one of the hardest characters to not just master but to even play her competently Juxtaposed with Link, as hes another top tier who is hard to master (probably hardest to master in the game with Nair loops, bomb loops/combos, arrow combos etc) but he has a VERY high floor. Very easy to be competent with adult Link Unlike Link, Bayo only has 1 mode and that Hard AF
Quik's game play is incredibly lame, im so glad the crowd is living for bloom. Funny how Quik never approached and just uses projectiles and gets upset when he loses. How Pathetic.
that's very tilting like to have the technical difficulties then run into a bayo that just literally make you watch a 3 minute combo every time they tap u .yes that hard to get back into
@@joseavila6250 ya, true. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that she’s still annoying to fight. Just cuz Duffy can’t spawn 2 bananas like in Brawl doesn’t mean banana isn’t an annoying move.
@@thunderd7904 That's up to the opinion of each player. I am not gonna ignore she is really strong in some other aspects but we are not going to start to complaint just for a player of UK that has been showing results recently.
You're painting the wrong picture. Yes, the combos can rack up a lot of damage, but it's very similar to shiek in the sense of it's a low starting percent combo. After that, when they need to kill, no combos, few kill moves, tons of trouble
Insulting players because you don't like their character is just annoying. I love Bloom and I do think that they deserved the win, but we gotta stop being toxic because of character choice. It's immature.
