Hey everyone! Today you're getting a little preview into one of my Colour Analysis sessions with the beautiful and funny Simone, who I met on a recent trip to Majorca where I attended a business retreat. This is one of my favourite services which I offer (so technically this is an advert, for myself 😂) as they're always so much fun to do and really insightful for my clients as they get to discover their best shades of colour to wear 😍(hopefully you can see this too from behind the camera)
I highly recommend having your colours done by a trained and qualified Colour Analyst (like myself) and having them done 'in person' for the best experience, however I know that's not always possible due to locations etc, so there are plenty of Stylists (like myself) who offer this as a virtual service too, if you'd like to know more, please just email me :)

So fun! (I think I've been saying this on each of your videos 😂). Before the draping I thought she was going to be a Spring but once you out the khaki drape on I thought she looked really nice in that. 😊

Aw thank you ❤️ I'm so pleased you find my content fun to watch ❤️ 😍 Yes, a lot of the Spring colours also suited her too like the Spring red for example so they have been included in her personalised colour fan so that she has LOTS of colours to choose from 😍

I believe your client would look great in more intense coloring that is on the warm side that is not TOO bright or not TOO dark

This was very interesting, and for once, I also saw something happening ;D I have difficulties with subtle colour changes :) But it was very obvious with Simone. And she's soooooo beautiful I recently tried ChatGPT's colour analysis just for fun. When I uploaded the photo as well as a description, it said I'm a spring. When I uploaded the photo only, it said I'm an automn 🤣 What do you think about AI entering your "field"? Just speaking from my own little experiment, I think it's not that good ^^' But what if it gets good I can only speak for my job. And for that, it's a joke. Artists, Musicians and Writers always had to "prove" that they are "worth" x amount of money. And now AI does it for us 🤣 I'm a writer and AI does what I like doing most 🤣 Instead of doing laundry and dishes...

That's great that you could see the subtle changes in this video with Simone ❤️ it can sometimes be difficult to show these on camera ❤️ Yes, AI does seem to be taking over doesn't it 🤦‍♀️ I've not personally trialled an AI colour analysis, however, I know for me (being such a people person) I always prefer to work with an actual human whenever possible rather than a computer as nothing can replace the personalised aspect of any service or the experience / fun that you can have with working with other people 😃

I cannot tell if I am a clear winter or clear spring. I have dark hair extremely pale skin, warm hazel eyes and black eyebrows and eyelashes and warm freckles and bright pink lips. I look good in lighter lipsticks and dark kohl on my eyes. Cool red darker nails make my hands look bad and pink. I look good with pale pink nails, my hands look yellow and healthy. I rock gold and tolerate silver but it is not as flattering as gold. I have the palest skin I have ever seen. I look much more beautiful when i fake tan.

You may find you're someone who sits inbetween the colour seasons perhaps, I would highly recommend getting having an 'in person' Colour Analysis' with a trained Colour Analyst / Stylist near you, so that they can help you determine your primary season as well as clarify if you have a strong secondary season and then how to integrate these together for your wardrobe etc 🥰

@@Puretruth69 ok so a big deciding factor for you will be your veins, have a good look at them in natural daylight on your wrists and on the back of your hands, if they are more blue, you'll be a cool skin tone (being the clear Winter which has been indicated to you) but if you're more green veined, then you'll be the warm skin tone (the clear Spring which Sephora indicated to you), I hope that helps 🥰 xx

@@Puretruth69 it may be, as I previously said, that you sit right in between the seasons meaning that you have more colours available to you 🥰possibly suiting one season more than the other at certain times of the year but without personally doing your Colour Analysis, I can't give you a difinitive answer I'm afraid BUT the most important thing is to wear the colours which you personally LOVE and feel great in xx
