a girl at my school wears a red velour shirt, a green velour pants and golden doc martens. if someone looks like a christmas tree then its definitely her!
to all the people who are saying “first step have a perfect body” don’t you realize all you’re doing is tearing people down who maybe WERE confident in their own skin. all i’m saying is i’d appreciate if you kept that to yourself.
Then just don't watch her videos, simple as that. Not all videos are going to appeal to everyone but you shouldn't go out of your way to shame people who are just trying to spread some positivity and offer advice. It's a matter of perspective, if you choose to see this video as something that will tear people down than that's your right but don't take away from people who just enjoy watching her videos. Body positivity is how you personally view it. No one should have the right to influence that so if you or others feel personally targeted perhaps you should develop your own self confidence and learn to walk with pride instead of allowing things as innocent as a RU-vid videos to influence how you view yourself.
Callie rae rae Im hella confident in my own skin, it’s just thinking realistically in the idea that we cannot wear what another may wear and look the same. Everyone’s body type is different and everyone has something different that suits them. But I can agree using the word “perfect” is a no go.
When I started the video I almost swiped it away. My initial thought was “she’s a young girl, she won’t have tips for me.”. But I was wrong, every tip you shared was very helpful, (using metallics as a neutral color is a nice look) I will definitely use your advice, and I’m 58 years old!
Oh my god, can't stress this enough. These are my university's colors and for some godforsaken reason they chose to make the 11th and 12th grade Gym outfit to be a bright red shirt over bright yellow pants. Be lookin like Winnie the Pooh, they are. I am more than glad to be in college and out of that outfit x
J.A Rose26799 there’s no rules to “fashion” fashion is simply to appeal the eye on my book, so do what makes you feel happy and feel great. Don’t be bothered by expectations you do you own it and love it. Uniqueness is always great. And in the end being different makes you stand out against the ordinary~
I’ve just found your channel and it’s like I’ve just found an oasis in the desert. I’ve been feeling so stuck in a rut and dipped majorly in confidence. I’ve just binged a lot of videos and got some major inspiration from you! Thank you 😊
Your voice is really soothing😭😘watching your vids are very calming and ive been here since you still got around 100k subs and now look at how your channel had grown💚
I honestly am not a fan of wearing different shades of the same colors together. It’s always irked me. I see it works for other people, but just not for me. I love the tip on swapping neutrals for metallics though! I would have never thought of that.
Love those tips. I like to pair brown with warm, earthy colors like khakis, beige even a terra-cotta "orange". And for the pattern one, I like to choose a color (any) that is present in the pattern itself. Oh I may be old-school since I hate brown & black. I consider brown to be on par with white and black but much more tricky to match with other colors really. Thank you for your videos, those tips really help when you're in a rush. With time they come easily in my head. xx
My general rule is to just make sure I don’t mix warm colours with cool colours. Also, make sure your skin tone matches cool or warm tones, otherwise you look ill or off. P.s. I love wearing a rich brown with green and black. When I don’t wear a brown article of clothing, I’ll add a rich brown belt to bring out the other colours.
this has nothing to do with matching lol but one of my favorite things to do is setting out my outfits in advance! it’s so much easier just to grab something off of the hanger in the morning than searching your closet! 💚
Awesome tips. I use them to pair items for my 9 year old daughter. White pants no go. Gets dirty way to fast. Your video on shoe tips was great. I cleaned up some sneakers and that white nail polish did the trick. Thank you. BTW you are so gorgeous.
That last look really was something! And I really thought you would set boundaries in this video but you really did the opposite which was very positive to watch!
I adore your fashion videos, but I would love to see a vlog style video one day! I am always so intrigued by what you do in your everyday life and what happens behind the scenes :) And great video as always!
brown is actually very easy to style (at first I didn't know like you) so it goes with white, beige, green, orange and light pink (possibly more but this is all I know) I personally style it a lot with beige and light pink and it looks amazing ESPECIALLY with light pink
Aaahh!!!! I love your videos!! This was so helpful! I'm trying to glow up this summer for back to school, and your videos are a BIG help! Thank you so much!
Wooow Wardrobe essentials which i was wating for😍😍😍please make it soon dear "There are no rules in fashion just wear what makes you happy" ohhh the quote of the day💝💝 I just love your fashion tips and you are a real fashionista lots of love from Sri Lanka ❤❤❤❤
sorry about my question, but many times when i have to put some white shorts or jeans i’m worried about my underwear, what kind of underwear do you use when you wear some of white clothes? anyway you’re always beautiful
Ur videossss r like sooo helpful....like everytime u come up with such good n helpful hacks and tips...I loveeee ur videos the mostt😘😘.... N ur soooo Prettyyyyyy....lyy❤❤❤
Istg I could never love any stranger more than I love you. Also, try styling dark brown with light blue denim skirt/shorts/jeans anything. It really does look good❤️
Hey Alex I’m 4th, ps I think that your videos are soooo helpful for me, I really really am not that great at fashion so I watch your videos and they really help me 😀❤️💕
Another rule I have for styling patterns is if, for example, you have checked pants, pick one colour from those pants and that colour is the colour your top will be.
All-white outfits tend to be unflattering on obese people (I'm not referring to MissAlex), and those who have pale complexions can easily look washed-out in all-white (like me; my wedding dress was crimson and I not only felt and appeared a lot more confident than I would have in white, but the photographs were beautiful too). Also, I don't feel that ripped jeans are 'classy'. But I agree that colors like brown or navy can be worn with black, and that blue-and-green combos can work if certain shades of each color are chosen.
👋 I agree with you on most of your recommendations. Except for the fact that even though I like black, I try not to use it often specially in the mornings. Keep on doing a great job with your videos. I look forward to see 👀 what tips you have for the next video.🙋🤗
