Child's Life Jacket is not on her correctly. She could fall out of it. I live on the water, and I see this all the time. Parents, make sure life jackets are tight and secured across the chest. Test the vest to see if you can pull it over the child or persons head. More important check if you can pull it down as if the head and shoulders passing through. Do not put cheap Orange vests on and simply tie a nice Bow Knot on the top.

To inflate it what if you we're knocked out

None of u guys r wearing life jackets and the one the kids warring you would have to pull something
