Columbian Exposition 1893 odd photographs 

I know a lot of comments are all about how "inferior" cameras and photography was in the 1800s as explanations for the anaomalies. I don't buy that theory, as there are so many outstanding photos- such as the Muybridge Panorama of San Francisco in 1878. The detail is spectacular. They had much better quality than anyone thinks. This "inferior" equipment I feel is another lie of history designed to make it easy to explain off anomalies such as the photographs here. ALL OF HISTORY is is some way a lie, nothing is immune- that is the legacy of this insane reality...we know almost nothing truthful about our past.

I can't leave comments on the locals, so I'm glad to see this here. Thanks for this video, because you noticed a lot of things in your analysis. I'm an artist, filmmaker, photographer, and filmmaker. You are right when you pointed out a lot of these are fake, or "painted in". I know some of these techniques used in these images, and not just the digital way, but the old plate making way which uses silver exposure with light within the camera process of capturing an image. If you look at the software Adobe Photoshop, much of the tools in it are based on old fashioned photography tools, such as dodge & burn tools. I also noticed techniques such as "superimposition" which is also heavily used in special effects in film/movies/motion pictures; especially something known as "matting", and another known as "masking". I think most people nowadays (if familiar with these terms) are most likely only familiar with it in digital images, and not the old fashioned print making, or photography techniques. Since these kinds of photos are what we call as either "black & white" or grayscale, this gives the artist who's making the image prepared & "cleaned" for the final presentation a lot of room to move things around. IN many cased that can use a razor, cut up images, glue them, and shoot another exposure, and repeat this over & over. This could also be why the figures look so dark in some photos, because it's been photographed & edited several times. The White Sky, or blown out sky would USUALLY be attributed to the settings for exposure for the light onto the plate since those kinds of cameras use silver that has a reaction to the light when it passes through the lenses. (You can also look up techniques which are still used such as "low key" and "high key" which specifically over expose, or under expose how much light or shadow goes into the final image) However, if you are editing an image, and patching together an image from other images, you would probably want the "high key" exposure look, whihc looks blown out, and over exposed. The boy figure you pointed out as being "painted in" is probably hand drawn in Graphite pencil. I can do this myself. There's different grades of darknessed in graphite, and under HB (or commonly known as a #2 pencil) CAN actually show up when photographed but is faint, so you WOULD NEED the darker graphite pencils starting at at least 2B pencil. I think the artist probably used HB, 2B, 4B, and possibly 6B. 6B is very dark, but also very soft, and smears U smudges a easily, which as the lower numbers are harder & lighter. If you study figure drawing, and basic drawing fundamentals, you can learn how to draw human figures with lighting & shading, and you can use your fingers, and other tools to smudge the shading to make it appear like it has depth to the human eye, but also for lithograph making. A lot of these photos remind me of lithograph making, and those often can be in color, and there's a very old technique. I can also see in these photos where the razor seems were lightened or darkened (dodge & burn tools). If I were to create a piece like these photos, which are clearly patched together from other photos, and probably hand made drawings or "paintings" as you said, and it would STINK very much. I was trained to do "print making" in the mid 1990s, and the amounts of chemicals for the several steps or processing not just for cutting up the image and pasting stuff around, but also the "plate making" whihc involves a huge camera mounted on a wall, with a massive dark room on the other side, and then the chemical processing SMELLS SO BAD. It constantly gave me headache which was why I never stuck with that field. It is SO obvious to me, looking at your analysis, that these images are patched together from several images, and drawings/paintings. Some of these images are obvious patches that it would probably take 2-3 weeks for the artist to complete it, working daily, even if his studio is directly in the plate making photo shop area, which was honestly how I was trained. The area you do the cutting, and cleaning, or the image is pretty much the same shop space as the photo area, often on the other side of the wall. AND IT SMELLS REALLY BAD!

You have some of the most insightful and thoughtful research on the mysteries of the olde world. One by one, we are piecing together this unbelievable puzzle. It made me dizzy, almost naseous, when I first started down the olde world rabbit hole labyrinth... just to understand and see so clearly that our whole history and what we've been told and taught is utterly and absolutely not what is seems... and likely a fabrication to indoctrinate humanity into a false perception of this realm and a false sense of who and what we are. It is a confounding puzzle and I'm very grateful to people like you who are helping us to put the greater picture together.

These old photos always seem to be taken from a high vantage point. Rarely any on-the-ground closeups of buildings and people. Also, these photos never seem to show any signs of aging such as yellowing, cracking, creases, tears, etc.

I have always had a feeling there was something off about the pictures of the fairs. The vantage points of where the pictures were taken always seemed strange. Do you think it's possible that the fairs were destroyed afterwards as a way to disguise a mass killing of people?

In the old days of photography if anyone moved you blew the whole photo. It was common to touch up photos then. I suppose clouds moving around in the sky would look bad too.

I think in the case of the electric moving "walkway" it was just a case of innovation and what could be achieved in the day, I don't think it had much more of a "purpose" to actually get about the place other than for people to be amazed and in awe of it.

The photo with the four guys using the pulley lift hardly seem to be using any muscular effort to lift, or even just hold the large white object. The guy closest to the object has his feet right next to each other, rather than spread apart to give him more stabilty to hold or pull. If there was significant weight they were supposed to be lifting, their postures and muscle engagement doesn't show it.

Referring to the black halo around the white stone item: in old photo development, light items had to be covered by a mask so not to be overexposed when the light was burning in the image through the negative onto photo paper through an enlarger. Sometimes they just cut the mask out of cardstock and lay it on top. I bet many of the white skies were masked the same way, possibly to manipulate or to avoid masking each distant detail. Sometimes they would just draw the detail back in. I enjoy your vids. Thanks!

I am a professional photographer. At that time the shutter speed was really slow. You had to stand still for at least 30 seconds. (not sure of the exact time) So in the second photo, if those people were walking you wouldn't be able to see them. It's a photography trick to photograph in crowded places. In addition, at that speed the sky would be blown out, the boats would be blurry because they are moving and people walking would be blurry. One thing I noticed there are no shadows. You can see it on the fixed buildings but not really on the humans. In defense of the ride.. think of a roller coaster or some other ride.. they just move in circles.

Some of these comments hahah...always excuses for this stuff..damn there is so much different information on how photography was so primitive but I really dont think this true. I have pics from the 1850s that have higher quality than do now. Its very CONflicting because there are photos of action shots on the 1890s early 1900s. Knowing how damn fraudulent our history is, I just cant buy these world fairs stories. There is always so much anomalies. It isnt just these photographs, which are obviously altered, I do construction. Howdie, thanks for sending me on my journey (years ago). Since then I have found worlds fairs in Japan, Russia, the middle east, china, and other places with the EXACT same stories, exact same roman grecco architecture, etc etc etc..also, in japan and other places many of the buildings remain. They are brick buildings with iron/metal and then a wooden facade. Not saying every building of every fair was like this. But after we dropped whatever we did on Nagasaki guess what were some of the only buildings left standing? Yep, the worlds fair buildings that you can see to this day. Ive also found several othee countries that had Presidents shot at them. There were human zoos, even in Japan. Same everything..its all just coincidence though isnt it. The amount of fraudulence going on is insane...If coe vid didnt wake ya up, nothing will. I just think its not in some peoples journey to wake up. Their one and only job is to be the palace guard, the defenders of the system. However we are in the same boat, so there is no hate, but good lord...anyway...im definitely rambling now..

i down loaded a photo of the Schmidt Hospital in Waterloo Iowa that I was born in. found out it was built in 1923 and they planned on tearing it down in February of this year. just recently zoomed in on the vanilla sky in the photo and there is a crosshatch pattern all through the sky as if it was under a bio dome! really interesting

I have the book for the 1926 exhibition in Philly and there's lots of photos. I wouldn't be surprised if some are doctored and some photos of the giant liberty bell look fake. The area in south Philly where the fair took place is right above League Island where the Navy used to be, where the Philadelphia Experiment took place and which used to have a star fort according to an old map i saw.

Awesome stuff, Howdie! The "Fairs" are a fascinating subject and one that our historians just conveniently push non-sensical narratives on what happened there. I believe TUBI or MUBI had a documentary on them. It was main stream theory.......they quickly glossed over the magnitude of the Fairs, the frequency of them, and how many there were back then. Then you knew, they knew, their theories were BS.

Howdie, I agree with you that something unusual must have happened in the 1800s, like a great reset maybe. Your world fairs and impossible architecture presentations make that compelling. However, the problem with this theory is that there should be some written records of this event, even in private journals and diaries. They can't remove all trace of it from private journals and diaries. How do you explain that? The only way to make this work is to say that the reset must have caused some type of timeline split or mandela effect that has erased all records of it, even from private records. If so, then that would be very weird and mind boggling and beyond comprension. As they say, truth is stranger than fiction. Either way, this is all very disturbing indeed.

Why is there nothing from private journals about these fairs that reveal the secrets about them?

Maybe the photos are doctored to fix the blurs from movement? Flags, people, wind on the water and the clouds all could potentially have needed fixing to look presentable? What if they took the photos just as it was opening, so there would be less people blurring up the pictures?

Great work Howdie. I do have a disagreeing comment on the 'moving walkway'. This walkway (or 'sitway' as it appears.) is not just the circular structure in the foreground, it continues down to the opposite end of the pier where it circles again and returns, much like a bicycle chain between two distant cogs. Such a machine could be used to transport passengers with heavy luggage to and from a boat at the end of the pier up to a road or railway. I am a big fan of your work which is very important in waking the masses up to the lies they have been programmed with all their lives.

Regarding the image at 33.18 construction pic. Look at the four guys body language/positioning. The 1st guy from the left has his feet so close together he'd fall over if he was pushed with my pinkie let alone bracing himself for a heavy lift..also follow the trajectory of the ropes, looks like the guy 3rd from the left is holding a rope that doesn't seem to go anywhere. I can't see any rope attached to the top knotted section of where the ropes meet, which would be the main weight bearer. Just my thoughts....

Every "P.O.V." map of old cities has concerned me. Rather than hand copied from sight, the maps seem like DE-constucted photographs; like someone trying to hide technology.

From the high perspective views of these fairs they look like they are like miniature sculptured sets.

Plate #75 The gentlemen on the left...there are a couple that have black/brown faces but white hands. Either the men wore white gloves back then, the photo has been damaged or someone forgot to paint the hands black/brown.

Vanilla sky thoughts, photos probably showed a different sky. I think there was a very visible sky with stars in day/moon light. I've seen some photos on random digital archives that describe a very well lit "moon light" photo. Like an early dusk or late dawn. Which would make sense to me given "Lunatic" issues of 1800s. Imagine if your night sun suddenly went real dim, or your day sun... Solartics indeed I'd imagine? 😉

The photo with black people in it.... if you zoom in on their hands, they look pretty white to me. So their face is black but hands are white? 🤔

Besides what you mentioned, why would you be lifting that piece in if the building looks like it's only 1/3 off the way done, at most. And, it looks like they're lifting an exterior piece in an interior setting. I've got some construction experience to know those two things look a little wonky too.

Nah, these are just promotional works put together from photos taken days before the fairs officially open. Like any advertisement to this day, they were doctored and manipulated to make them the most appealing, using the techniques known at the time.

they needed to paint people around cuz they wiped out all people in several cities, there were no people around that time for many years. They needed to build a whole new generation who were dumbed out and left as fools..

So I took the picture messed around with exposure contrast brightness and the dots get larger very strange picture

All those old new photos that came up look AI generated to me.. It's like someone is rewriting the history, again.. and wikipedia is garbage nowadays

Photography was different then, shutter speed and all that. Go look at early portrait photgraphy, every had to stand in place and not move for a long time or else they'd look like blurry ghosts. So you can't compare past photography to how it is today, historical context is important. And I think why some of the better "looking" photos in the past, the photographer probably had to get up super early, set up the camera and try to get images before a bunch of people in the frame moving around wouldn't make a useable image as all their movement would muck it up.

The shadows in that manufactures bldg photo are pretty short. I would say 1:00 PM

I'd love Howdie to do a video on the Napoleonic Wars and why he thinks the mainstream narrative on them is off. The information I've gleaned is that the worldwide mudflood event took place in 1796 with very few people surviving it. The plates appear to be rendered as a “postcard deck” by a graphic artist who tried to make stills look as if they were full of activity. A publicity trinket. If so, where are the real accounts of attendees and real photos. Does Chicago have tunnels under it? Whose sanctuary is Chicago?! It’s pretty close to jumping into Canada if tunnelled. Could that somehow be the ‘real basis of celebration’? Or am I just very imaginative and kooky? Maybe this was all a somewhat private affair above for a real party below. Also, could the moving sidewalk be intended to be for a full harbour of fancy boats on the shore of Lake Michigan and the picture didn’t include boats?

in the 1st photo with the boy painted in... all you need to see is the guard railing the boy is leaning against... does it look even remotely like new construction??? nope. it is visibly aged with concrete chipping off everywhere, and the wooden white painted hand rails his arm is against , those planks are all warping and buckling at the ends.

Maybe the shots with painted in people where promotional shots done before it was open to the public and they just put a few people in afterwards. The whiting out of the sky can be done in the photo developing and may have been done just to make the subject stand out in relief more clearly. The composites of photo image an painted elements may just be marketing images created for convenience....yes there are some apparent anomalies, but for me not sufficient on its own to suggest a massive conspiracy....

You'd probably find Martin Lietdke to be interesting, and his work, hes from Wales which is relatively close to me in England. Theres also a channel called Archaix that I looked at last year that I think you'd find very interesting. I had to stop watching it though because my chronic disease suddenly changed in nature and I had a superstition that the matrix was trying to stop me from going down that line of research.

Old postcards were quite often touched up and colorized with paint. It was not subtle. I used to have many old postcards of random places that had much the same appearance. There is nothing suspicious. Look at studio portraits of the late thirties and early forties as well to see very obvious photo retouching that, with today's technology, looks more like the woman who tried to correct the painting of Jesus (those who know, will know.. )
