Too expensive, better use wooden formwork, then uninstall it after the concrete dried, we can also check the quality of the column, whether there are cracks or something
😂😂😂 I noticed that bugger standing by the hole holding his pan to receive the mixed concrete from the others and to pour into the column hole himself.... I wonder if there are no other way....?
When doing it manually it is not as easy as it looks, bringing in concrete and pouring it in evenly in the hole. So better do like it. Else you can pump in the concrete with only one or Max two persons.
That's not really correct. The reinforcement of reinforced concrete parts is protected by the complete encasement of concrete. Calcium hydroxide is formed during the hydration of the cement. This is responsible for the high alkalinity of the cement stone with a pH value ≥ 12. It protects the steel from rusting. It is important that the steel is completely encased in the cement slime.
Even columns will face the cracks. Curing is being killed in this video. One thing I was really surprised about is filling the footing without column built 😅
Iss coloum ki taraiee kaise krogey sara panii toh brick p hi jaiga or brick hi sarra panii consume kregi iss tarike se column m crack anee h bhut hi jyda chance h
Is tarhe jo ander masala gir raha hae woh sookhne pe weak hota hae aur usko nikala nahin ja sakta jiski wajhe se footing aur column ke beech mazboot joint nahin ban sakta ,footing ki surface pe masala girne se bachana chahiye hae
*One silly mistake is appearing that ring end cut is state off while it should be bend like hook.* IInd no brick work should be inside inspite frame to be installed.
No curing, no clear cover, no proper alignment of the column , no vibrator , no shear keys …that’s why a proper contractor is needed to build a proper home.
This is not good method of practice because while poring of concrete formation of honeycombs could takes place... Instead of doing this make a metal box arrangement for column....
@@dijit.not only wastage... But also weakens the concrete structure as moisture present in concrete to hold the hydration process is already soaked by Brick........
1.We can't see honeycomb in concrete if it's happen brick will penetrate water it will cause steel corrosion. 2.Not economy compare to steel or wooden form work. 3. When construction of brick work some amount of cement mortar in bottom of column it will affect strength Otherwise if brick will absorb water we can consolidate outer soil is the solution
