the pride and tears this brought me! My grandma has told me multiple times that we are Comanche it runs through my blood deep. And I believe it with all my heart but it's hard because my family has never mentioned that just grandma. What has happened to ALL the native peoples of North America? Where have their populations gone? Have the white people, as immigrants from Europe, descimated their numbers almost to extinction? In dealing with the indigenous peoples, it seems they want to mix a religious view with a cultural view. Not sure if their culture is their religion. However strictly speaking their religion is simply pagan. There are many neat things in their culture but their religion is false. And yet we can see that God put a knowledge inside man that there is a God. The indigenous peoples should keep the good things of their culture and embrace the true God and the one true religion as have many of their brothers and sisters.
