Combat in OSRS has Changed Forever | Project Rebalance | Elemental Weakness | Range Defence Changes 

Following the recent skilling rebalance, Jagex has implemented the combat portion of it's proposed 2024 changes via Project Rebalance. This video is meant to be relatively quick and just cover the major changes to these changes, namely updates to Elemental Weaknesses and Ranged Defence Systems.
