Good news for the nexus chips with the up coming industry changes. It's going to be worth more, and Faction warfare pilots can still use them as before.
the drone chips are actually neat. you can exchange them at every soe station in the lp store for an astero, stratios or nestor blueprint. no need to have any actual lp and they drop from drone combat sites.
