@@mikesrcgarage No, I haven't flown any true gliders. I have done some (short) gliding of the Hawk Sky/Clouds Fly/Bixler but I've never really done thermals.
Interesting flight vehicles for sure, saw one that would fluctuate it's power based on the wind (going with or pushing against) and getting quite long flight times. Did you make this one?
Yes, I made it. Before I started flying FPV quads I mainly flew made my own DIY flying wings and planes. I was aware of planes/wings that have flight controllers (similar to quads) to assist with stabilization in wind, I hadn't heard of one that compensates throttle to wind...that is cool!
